Carries out repairs and maintenance of domestic hot & cold water systems, cooling water systems, storm and sanitary sewer systems, irrigation/fountain water systems and swimming pools.

Attends to repairs or replacement of all bathroom / toilet fixtures in guest rooms, public areas and back-of-the-house areas.

Cleans all manholes and clears sewage and storm water line blockages using sneaker machine or ropes and ring arrangement as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求
Required Skills –
技能要求
Master boiler system, fire water system, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, operating principle, maintenance procedures and methods
練掌握鍋爐系統(tǒng)、消防水系統(tǒng)、廚房設(shè)備、洗衣設(shè)備運(yùn)行原理，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)程序、維修方法。
Technical school graduate in mechanical trade or obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in mechanical or plumbing work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Obtain Boiler operating license and any other Professional certification and license if required by law.
技術(shù)學(xué)校機(jī)械專業(yè)畢業(yè)或接受過職業(yè)培訓(xùn)加上2年機(jī)械或管道相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擁有1年酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，或擁有同等的教育和經(jīng)歷。獲得鍋爐操作許可證及法律可能要求的其他職業(yè)證書和執(zhí)照。
