10.??Prepares various monthly reports as required by Executive AssistantManager.

11.??Conducts regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjustand upgrade the performance of the Front Office as a whole, explaining newdirections and policies and procedures at the same time.

12.??Prepares the annual capital and operating budgets for theDepartment in conjunction with the Financial Controller and ensure departmentalexpenditure is kept within budget by presenting the P & L for theDepartment to the Executive Assistant Manager on a monthly basis.
和財務(wù)總監(jiān)一起準備年度資金預算,將每個月的盈利及損失情況上報行政助理經(jīng)理,確保部門消耗控制在成本以內(nèi)。
13.??Responsible for adhering to the Rules and Regulations of hotel asset down in the Staff Handbook.

16.??Through close supervision recommend improvements and changes to theoperation of

17.??Plans and organizes regular Departmental training for all staff,especially new staff, paying particular attention to courtesy, efficiency,service standards, grooming, diplomacy and actual job knowledge.
組織安排前廳部的培訓,就禮節(jié)禮貌,規(guī)范服務(wù),儀容儀表及工作技巧等方面進行講解,加強對新員工的培訓。
18.??Identifies and develop leadership qualities among subordinates inorder to guide them towards the path of career enrichment with both ACCOR andthe Hotel, and additionally
providethe Hotel with a source for future management.

19.??Coordinate with Director of Sales to maximize revenue throughefficient room and sales control.
和銷售總監(jiān)一起通過有效的銷售策略提高飯店的客房率。
20.??Liaise with Executive Housekeeper in scheduling room blockage forgeneral maintenance.
和行政管家協(xié)調(diào)房間的整修維護工作。
21.??Coordinate with Credit Manager for all credit arrangementsincluding rebate.?
和信用經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)信貸問題及扣減問題。
22.??Works closely with other Departments of the hotel, and attendregular meetings on a periodical basis.
和其它部門緊密合作,參加必要的會議。
23.??Participates in providing and receiving constructive criticismconcerning the Department and the Hotel as a whole, in order to improveefficiency, productivity and guest service.
