To ensure the cleanliness of public areas are maintained, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel. To supervise public area attendants and inspect public areas such as restaurants function rooms, offices, lobby and surrounding service areas. Pay attention to details by keeping the standard of Public Area cleanliness and product maintenance adhering to standard required by our hotel.
保持公共區(qū)域內(nèi)清潔衛(wèi)生,確保客人的最大滿足,并達(dá)到酒店要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。管理公共區(qū)域的清潔工作并檢查公共區(qū)域如餐廳、多功能廳、辦公室、大堂及周圍的區(qū)域,注意細(xì)節(jié),確保公共區(qū)域的清潔與衛(wèi)生符合酒店要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
·Patrol and be responsible for public area and inspect ensure hotel area cleanliness up to the standard set up by the hotel. And ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to standard required by our hotel.
負(fù)責(zé)巡查所有公共區(qū)域的衛(wèi)生,確保清潔狀況良好,以高水平的衛(wèi)生保證客人最大程度的滿足。
· To work on a rotation basis within Housekeeping. To cleaning and upkeep carpets, upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to Hotel standards.
做好客房部基礎(chǔ)工作運轉(zhuǎn),按照酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對地毯、家具及硬地面進(jìn)行清潔保養(yǎng)。
· To respond to paging and follow up where cleaning is needed.
及時清潔責(zé)任區(qū)域并時刻保持其整潔。
· Arrange to general cleaning of restaurants, offices and public area assigned to him/her periodically by shampooing carpet, dusting and cleaning chandeliers, ceiling, A.C grills and other hard to reach fixtures and places asides form performing his daily cleaning duties.
在日常工作中安排清洗餐廳、辦公室、公共區(qū)域地毯的工作,定期打掃天花板,空調(diào)風(fēng)口或其他死角的衛(wèi)生。
