Primary Responsibilities主要職責:
? Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
? Must be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork.
? Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
? Must be self-motivating and have a high degree of analytical ability and confidentiality, and work in a safe, prudent and organized.
Financial
? To ensure that the daily payroll operations run smoothly.
? To make sure that all payroll reports that are required to go to the Human Resource office and government agencies (Federal and Provincial) are properly submitted.
? Balance the gratuities to the Bell persons, Room Service Servers, Banquets Servers, and Bartenders in accordance with the Night Audit’s revenue reports.
? Ensure that vacation entitlements and accruals are in accordance with the union agreement and the company vacation policy.
? To prepare the payroll journal for the month-end processing and to submit this journal to the Assistant Controller on the first day of the month.
Operational
? To be responsible for the training and development of payroll staffs under his/her direct supervision.
? To be familiar with the hotel’s operating systems and software including Electronic Time Clock, Excel, etc.
? If required, prepare daily payroll reports for different departments.
? Assist with daily payroll editing.
? Ensure that the payroll system is running effectively and to back up all relevant information that will be used in the current and historical reporting.
? To prepare the Daily Payroll Report that will be used to compile the Labor Report.
? Respond to governmental inquiries.
? Ensure that all garnishments are deducted and submitted in a timely manner.
? Ensure that all employee payroll advances are deducted and reconciled accordingly.
? Ensure that payments of all deductions are paid on time.
? Provide all reports that the human resources department requests—such as the Vacation Outstanding or the payroll provider’s Vacation Report.
? Ensure that the payroll data is entered on time and submitted to payroll provider for payroll processing.
? Reconcile the advances and the labor hours between the payroll provider register and the total amount of electronic time clock hours recorded, based on the corporate template and policy.
? Ensure that all Human Resource information is properly processed and incorporated into the payroll.
? Ensure ongoing development and management of internal payroll spreadsheets.
? Communicate with department heads about payroll issues.
? Handle all telephone inquiries.
? Prepare the manual pay cheques and incentive payments when required.
? Reconcile vacation and statutory holiday’s accounts.
? On Pay Period basis, produce the following reports:
? Accrued payroll for pay period not paid.
? Reported vs. actual reconciliation.
? Overtime analysis.
? Sick pay analysis.
? During the budget process, assist the department heads in producing their annual labor budgets taking actual history and labor standards in account.
? Ensure that all of the hotel’s systems and internal controls, that are applicable to the payroll function, are followed.
? Maintain complete confidentiality with all payroll dealings.
? Conduct self in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of the Company.
? To perform other duties that the DOF / Assistant Controller assigns.

財務
? 確保每天工資計算工作正常運作。
? 確保所有人事部門和政府機構所需要的報表都能及時完成并提交。
? 根據收入審計編制的收入報表,發(fā)放行李員,送餐服務員,宴會服務員和酒吧調酒員的津貼。
? 確保假期的預提符合酒店和相關的假期政策。
? 在月底完成工資薪酬的記帳憑證,并在月初一號及時提交給財務副總監(jiān)。
運作
? 負責培訓工資福利相關員工和屬下。
? 熟悉酒店的營運系統和相關電子軟件,包括電子考勤系統,電子表格等。
? 全面支持每日部門內的行政工作
? 維護日常工資數據的修改。
? 確保工資系統運行正常,并及時備份數據,以供以后參考用。
? 每天定時編制工資信息報表,裝訂存檔以供政府查詢之用。
? 確保所有的員工扣款都可以及時被記錄。
? 確保所有預付工資都被及時扣除和記錄。
? 確保所有工資性扣除款項及時支付。
? 提供所有人事部門所需要的所有假期數據信息報表。
? 確保及時完成工資數據的輸入,并及時提交工資報表,確保按時支付工資。
? 根據酒店規(guī)章制度,及時整合電子考勤機的相關數據和部門考勤報表數據之間差異工時。
? 確保人事部所有員工工資福利相關信息及時輸入工資系統,并體現在工資報表之中。
? 確保及時更新酒店內部工資報表。
? 及時與各部門經理溝通關于工資福利各項事宜。
? 處理所有的電話詢問。
? 維護并協調部門內部以及其他部門的溝通和文件的傳遞
? 對于相關的文件或郵件進行翻譯
? 管理和盤點財務部相關的辦公用品和設備
? 準備工資支票或是各項獎勵津貼付款。
? 整合所有假期或是國定假日加班工資付款。
? 在部門和酒店里積極主動的代表部門參加酒店的各個委員會
? 準備和及時更新關鍵數據表,管理所有合同文件的存檔,和倉庫管理登記表等
? 處理酒店相關保險的申報和理賠,與酒店的保險經紀聯系和各個部門聯系,取得申報保險的必要文件,報告并蓋章
? 每兩周統計即將到期的合同,執(zhí)照和許可證等,并給相應部門發(fā)送提醒,確保及時申請
? 在每月編制工資的期間內,準備以下報表:
? 預提在當月尚未支付的工資。
? 實際工資發(fā)放明細表。
? 加班統計表。
? 病假工資統計表。
? 在編制年度預算期間,協助各部門經理根據實際人員人數及工資基數來制定新一年的預算。
? 確保所有酒店內部的工資系統和內控制度符合工資計算功能的需要。
? 對于所有與工資相關的數據信息進行保密。
? 隨時保持專業(yè)的工作狀態(tài)。
? 及時完成財務總監(jiān)和財務副總監(jiān)指派的其他任務。

? Proficiency in computer operation, especially Microsoft applications is preferred
