Job Summary
To assist and support the Director of Front Services in the seamlessrunning of the department during the night in the most efficient and effectivemanner, delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst beingpro-active in maintaining and/or improving profitability.

Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interactwith guests and members of the community within the limits of established hoteland local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in thehotel.

Experience
1. University bachelor's degree or above, excellent written and spokenMandarin & English is a must.
大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,優(yōu)秀的中英文書面和口頭表達(dá)能力。
2. Maintains and implements effective interpersonal and negotiationskills.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
3. Ability to use related computer systems, familiar with Opera System.
能夠使用相關(guān)的計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng),熟練操作Opera系統(tǒng)。
4. Result-driven with good ability in problem solving.
結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,擁有較好的問題解決能力。
5. Min. 2 years experiences in similar capacity with luxury orinternational chain hotels as Night Manager or Duty Manager.
2年以上豪華或國(guó)際連鎖酒店夜班經(jīng)理或值班經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
