Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks for GMO, including meeting arrangements, document management, email processing, and office supplies procurement.
行政支持:負責總經(jīng)辦日常行政事務的處理,包括會議安排、文件管理、郵件處理、辦公用品采購等; Deputy General Manager 副總經(jīng)理;
Document Management: Organize and archive various departmental files, reports, contracts, and other materials to ensure information accuracy and confidentiality.
文檔管理:整理和歸檔部門各類文件、報告、合同及其他資料,確保信息的準確性和保密性;
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate departmental meetings, prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on meeting resolutions.
會議安排與協(xié)調(diào):組織和協(xié)調(diào)部門會議,準備會議資料,撰寫會議紀要并跟進會議決議的執(zhí)行情況;
Communication and Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between GMO and other company departments, ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.
溝通協(xié)調(diào):作為總經(jīng)辦與公司其他部門之間的溝通橋梁,確保信息傳遞的準確和及時;
Financial Support: Assist in handling expense reimbursements, and other finance-related tasks.
財務支持:協(xié)助處理費用報銷及其他財務相關(guān)事務;
Other Tasks Assigned by Leaders: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
領(lǐng)導交辦的其他任務:完成上級領(lǐng)導交辦的其他工作任務。
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
職位要求:
Educational Background: College degree or above, preferably in marketing, business administration, administrative management, or related fields.
教育背景:具備本科及以上學歷,市場營銷、工商管理、行政管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Work Experience: 1-2 years of work experience as an administrative assistant or in marketing planning, real estate, hospitality, or retail companies are preferred.
工作經(jīng)驗:有 1-2 年行政助理或市場策劃、商業(yè)地產(chǎn)、酒店或零售公司相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
