Towork with the F&B team to ensure achievement of strategic departmentalgoals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. To be prepared to workflexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled andproductive Food and Beverage team.
與餐飲部團隊一起確保實現(xiàn)部門目標,特別是為酒吧客人提供滿意的服務。具有工作中所需的各種知識和技能并能夠適應不同的班次安排。
1. Fullyable to operate with all aspects of the Micros (POS), Reservation systems.
能夠熟練運用Micros和預訂系統(tǒng)
2. Continuousupdating profiles in reservation system.
及時更新預訂系統(tǒng)的信息
3. Welcomingthe guest at the restaurant and makes sure he/she checks on correct reservationdetails (smoking or non-smoking, amount of guests etc).
迎接客人并保證客人預訂信息的準確(包括吸煙區(qū)或非吸煙區(qū),客人人數(shù)等)
4. Payingattention to and handling special guest needs and requests, anticipating andhandling guest’s needs.
注意和正確處理客人的需要,有能力預知客人的需求并且服務。
5. Possessesa thorough knowledge of the Outlet Menu Wine List and specialties.
掌握部門菜單,酒水單和特色食品及飲料的知識
6. Up-sellsthe menu and induces guests to take slightly higher than medium prices itemsand side orders: soup, beverage, salad, dessert, etc. to increase the revenue.Achieves sales targets.
有能力推薦客人菜品(比平均價錢高一點的)或者邊菜:湯類,酒水,沙拉,甜品等從而增加部門的收入。
Requirements 任職資格:
Grooming andconduct are expected to conform to the hotel's professional image.
儀容儀表以及行為都要符合酒店的專業(yè)形象。
Good interpersonal & communicationskills.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
Ability to work independently and as ateam.
能夠獨立工作和團隊合作。
Good reading, writing and oralproficiency in Chinese and English.
優(yōu)秀的中英文讀寫能力和口頭溝通能力。
Experiences 經驗要求:
Relevantexperience is preferred.
有相關經驗者優(yōu)先。
