Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作職責(包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容):
1. Responsible for supporting in achieving the event sales objectives ofassigned?markets and business segments, coordination between differentparties etc.
負責支持完成指定市場和業(yè)務(wù)部門的宴會銷售目標,協(xié)調(diào)各方之間的關(guān)系等。
2. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact withthe?market and the customer base of his/her responsibility throughCustomer?Relationship Management.
通過客戶關(guān)系管理,與市場和他/她所負責的客戶群保持持續(xù)的聯(lián)系,以代表和推廣酒店。
3. Communicate effectively with all departments through eventrun down, event orders, BEO to ensure events succeed.
通過活動記錄,活動訂單,BEO與各部門進行有效溝通,確?;顒禹樌M行。
4. ?Ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely and appropriatemanner.
確保所有的日常工作及時、恰當?shù)赝瓿伞?5. Maintains and updates sales records manually and electronically asrequired,?providing administrative support such as meeting minutes taking,word / excel / ppt,?calendar / travel arrangement, system input etc.
根據(jù)需要對銷售記錄進行手工記錄電子錄入的維護和更新,提供行政支持,例如會議記錄,word / excel / ppt,日歷/旅行安排,系統(tǒng)輸入等。
6. Support Director, Assistant Director and Managers with daily work.
協(xié)助總監(jiān)、副總監(jiān)和經(jīng)理完成日常工作。
Required Skills 經(jīng)驗要求:
1. University Bachelor Degree and above.
大學本科及以上學歷。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
優(yōu)秀的中英文書寫和口語能力。
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.
熟練使用Excel,Word,PowerPoint等行政軟件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills,?presentableappearance.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力,儀容儀表得體。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
有獨立工作和團隊合作的能力。
