PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES 主要職責(zé)
1.???????Check all revenue from POS system, and reconcile with PMS-Opera system. To ensure all revenue is accurate and balance with each system.檢查各營業(yè)點的收入,并完成各POS系統(tǒng)的收入與Opera系統(tǒng)核對,確保收入的完整性以及各系統(tǒng)之間收入的一致性。
2.???????Audit all entertainment checks for appropriateness and authorization. The same procedure for Officer’s checks.審核所有宴請單都按照程序來操作及被授權(quán),高職用餐按同樣的程序處理。
3.???????Valet and laundry charges must be balanced to the laundry department records.? Any excess employee laundry and house use charge must be reviewed and forward to Accounts Receivable for charging to individual employee ledger.系統(tǒng)記錄的洗衣房收入必須與洗衣單記錄一致。任何其他員工超量的洗衣和自用房洗衣費(fèi)用必須審核并提交應(yīng)收帳,在員工個人帳上收取。
4.???????Maintain control record of Cashiers’ over/short and investigate major discrepancies and prepare monthly summary for approval of Director of Finance or delegate.? Any material shortage is to be immediately reported.保存和控制收銀員長短款記錄,調(diào)查重大差異的原因,準(zhǔn)備每月摘要給財務(wù)總監(jiān)簽字。任何實際短缺應(yīng)立即報告。
5.???????Check all F&B void checks and prepare void list report (F&B).檢查所有取消單,準(zhǔn)備餐飲取消單報告(餐飲)。
6.???????Verify General Cashier Report.核實總出納每日報告。
