1、Takes orders, promotes outlet’s specials and serves in accordance to the established standard.

5、Attends to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding beverage and services.
關注客人關于飲料和服務的投訴,請求或詢問。
6、Maintains proper records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks, discusses the same with the Manager.
保留合理的銷售記錄,在合適的記錄本上記錄客人投訴、解決辦法及所涉及人員或設備,并與經(jīng)理討論。
