Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé):
? Actively cooperate with the chef and restaurant manager to formulate various promotions and implement menus according to the annual plan.
? Plan, coordinate and supervise the timely implementation of the menu, and ensure that the menu has the necessary information such as presentation guidelines, recipes, photos of food and costing before the menu is implemented.
? Innovate and develop new recipes based on the latest market trends.
? Properly handle any disciplinary violations in accordance with hotel regulations.
? Prepare employee evaluation reports in accordance with policies and procedures.
? Handle customer reviews and complaints and make prompt corrections to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Responsible for maintaining kitchen food costs, materials and kitchen utensils for the job.
? Assist in the preparation and control of daily and weekly market supply lists.
? Ensure the quality of purchased food, monitor quality upon receipt, and ensure that purchased items are consistent.
? No unannounced food or material suppliers are permitted. All outside company representatives are only allowed to communicate directly with the chef's office.
? Insist on saving energy consumption.
? Ensure that all kitchen staff arrive on time in uniform.
? Complete other reasonable tasks at any time as required by the head of the department.
? Perform any work delegated by management
? Ensure that employee participation survey objectives are met
? Ensure culture meets standards
? Other tasks assigned by superiors

? 計(jì)劃、統(tǒng)籌和督促菜單及時(shí)的執(zhí)行, 并保證菜單在執(zhí)行前已具備必要的擺盤指南、食譜、食物的照片和成本核算等信息。
? 根據(jù)市場最新發(fā)展趨勢創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展新的食譜。
? 根據(jù)酒店的相關(guān)規(guī)定正確處理任何違紀(jì)行為。
? 按照政策和程序規(guī)定準(zhǔn)備員工的評(píng)估報(bào)告。
? 處理顧客的評(píng)價(jià)和投訴, 迅速改正以確保顧客滿意。
? 負(fù)責(zé)維持廚房的食品成本、工作所需的材料和廚房器具。
? 協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備及控制每天和每周的市場供貨清單。
? 確保采購的食品質(zhì)量, 在收貨時(shí)監(jiān)督質(zhì)量, 確保采購的物品一致。
? 不允許接待任何未經(jīng)通知的食品或材料供應(yīng)商。 所有外界的公司代表只允許直接跟廚師辦公室聯(lián)絡(luò)業(yè)務(wù)。

Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn):
? Culinary leadership experience required
? Skilled worker certificate or international equivalent diploma preferred
? Diploma/certificate in culinary field preferred
? Proficiency in computer operation, especially Microsoft applications is preferred
? Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
? Highly responsible and reliable
? Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, stressful environment
? Ability to coordinate work as part of a team
? Ability to focus on the needs of guests, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Fairmont Chengdu, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park.
