    崗位職責 1.各類冷葷的烹調(diào)制作,根據(jù)衛(wèi)生標準嚴格操作安全生產(chǎn),保證食品的質(zhì)量。 2.嚴格遵守每個工作流程,妥善保管各種冷葷原材料,合理用料,降低消耗成本。 3.負責對專用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作,同時也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清潔衛(wèi)生。 4.檢查每日餐后的原料消耗,及時申購、補充。 5.配合食品檢驗部抽查菜品及留樣品種并進行化驗,確保賓客食品的絕對安全。 崗位要求 1.為人正直,有責任心。 2.身體健康,能吃苦耐勞。
