    This position is only open to intern who could work more than 9 months. 該崗位目前只對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)生開(kāi)放,要求候選人實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)長(zhǎng)為9個(gè)月及以上。 Job Level 崗位級(jí)別:Line Employee 基層員工 Report To 匯報(bào)給:Pastry CDP 餅房主管 Position Overview 崗位概述: Produce pastries, cakes, desserts, chocolates, petit fours and ice cream and ensure that they are in compliance with the prescribed recipes and specifications. 按照規(guī)定的配方和規(guī)范,生產(chǎn)糕點(diǎn),蛋糕,甜品,巧克力,小吃和冰淇淋。 The Role 崗位職責(zé): Keep the work stations clean and sanitized and follow proper safety procedures at all time. 保持工作臺(tái)的清潔和消毒工作并遵循正規(guī)的安全程序。 Assist in recording inventory and store all semi-finished and finished bakery products properly so as to minimize spoilage. 協(xié)助保持庫(kù)存量的記錄和儲(chǔ)存所有半成品以及面包店的成品,把損壞率降到最低。 Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good condition and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance request when necessary. 檢查和維護(hù)所有操作設(shè)備在良好的工作環(huán)境以及建議主管在必要時(shí)進(jìn)行修理和維護(hù)。 Complete daily pastry production work 完成餅房日常生產(chǎn)工作 Perform any other related duties when assigned by supervisor. 執(zhí)行主管分配的其他相關(guān)職責(zé) Talent Profile 能力&技能需求 This position requests candidate having the expererience in making regular cakes. 該崗位要求候選人有常見(jiàn)的常溫蛋糕的制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 Master some basic pastry knowledge and skills. 掌握餅房基本糕點(diǎn)加工知識(shí),操作過(guò)程及技能。
