To maintain a high guest service focus and?excellent rapport by approaching the job with the guests always in mind?and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests as?detailed in the Brand architecture section the Spirit of The Individuality?Program?handout.
To have a positive?impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues,?always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues.
To be flexible,?responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the?performance of any tasks requested.
To ensure the opening and closing of the swimming pool procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
To contribute ideas and suggestions and?actively promote the services to enhance operational/environmental?procedures and facilities in the property.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest?with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.
Ensures sufficient stock of items in swimming pool areas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, and amenities.
Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas.
To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin.
To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
Check the water quality of the swimming pool regularly every day and record it.

保持游泳池區(qū)域干凈,將垃圾投放到垃圾桶內(nèi)。
運用正確安全的技術(shù)確保所有的活動及工作在安全的環(huán)境中進行。
每日定時檢查泳池水質(zhì)并書面記錄。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經(jīng)驗
At least 1-year experience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable communicating with others.
Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.
Must have the national occupational qualification certification swimming life-saving certificat.
至少一年國際五星級酒店工作經(jīng)驗,擁有很好的溝通能力。
熟練掌握使用泳池設(shè)備,面對大量工作時,能承受工作壓力,能處理緊急情況。
