To ensure the opening and closing of the swimming pool procedures are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
To contribute ideas and suggestions and?actively promote the services to enhance operational/environmental?procedures and facilities in the property.To meet, greet and bid farewell to all guest?with a warm, friendly and genuine smile.
Ensures sufficient stock of items in swimming pool areas including towels, water, beverages, magazines, newspapers, and amenities.
Be vigilant and responsible for the safety of all guests within the pool areas.
To maintain the cleanliness of pool area, pick up any trash and place into the garbage bin.
To ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
Check the water quality of the swimming pool regularly every day and record it.

At least 1-year experience in 5-star international hotel, be comfortable communicating with others.
Ability to operates the swim pool equipment, Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy period.
Must have the national occupational qualification certification swimming life-saving certificat.

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
Direct and lead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed.
Prepare annual budgets for all departments within the Spa; ensuring productivity and expense controls are followed to maximize revenue opportunities.
Promote and sell customized Spa programs to conference groups and individuals.
Work with Hotel\Regional Sales and Marketing departments.
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors; including location, product offering, pricing, promotion and sales techniques.
Create and lead the implementation of 12-month marketing plan.
Submit monthly report requirements; including business reports and treatment audits.
Ensure team members are familiar with all areas of the Spa operation, including product knowledge and retail sales.
Assist in the recruitment, development and training of all leaders and support talent.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Knowledge and Experience知識和經(jīng)驗
Previous leadership experience within the Spa field required.
University/College degree in a related discipline required.
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
Experience in the Hotel industry an asset.
Experience and certification in one of the Spa disciplines of fitness or therapy preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong inter personal and problem solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel with knowledge of the China market is required.
