??Co-ordinates and arrange activities accorded by the Director of sales & Marketing.
???????為商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)安排活動,配合其工作。
??Arrange appointments and meetings with customers and other departments as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing and prepares the appropriate material for each appointment or meeting.
???????為商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)安排會議,并做記錄確保其所需文件的準確性。
??Takes minutes of meetings, accurately transcribes and circulates to appropriate recipients.
???????準確做會議記錄,發(fā)給相關(guān)人員傳閱。
??Ensures all reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
???????確保所有的報告及所需提供的服務(wù)能按時履行。
??Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation and submission of various reports according to corporate and hotel guidelines.
???????協(xié)助商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)完成每月銷售報告及其他報告。
??Promptly handles daily in-coming mail and internal correspondence.
???????處理至商務(wù)發(fā)展總監(jiān)的日常公務(wù)信函。
??Maintains a filing and tracing system for the Sales & Marketing Department.
???????建立商務(wù)發(fā)展部的檔案系統(tǒng)。
??Answers and handles all incoming telephone calls for the department according to the hotels Standards & Procedures.
???????按照酒店的標準接聽,轉(zhuǎn)接電話,記錄留言。
??Coordinates & organizes business travel arrangements for the department.
???????協(xié)調(diào),安排商務(wù)發(fā)展部人員出差事宜,如機票,食宿及其他。
??Interacts with departments and hotel staff in a professional and efficient manner to foster a good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
???????以職業(yè),積極的方式與酒店其他部門溝通,建立密切關(guān)系以促進團隊精神和有效的交流。
??Maintains strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters.

??Responsible in inventory control and requisition or purchasing of office supplies according to the hotel’s policies and procedures.

??Maintains a safe and secure working environment.

???Be familiar with hotel safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedures.
