·Achieve budgeted revenues and personal/teamsales goals and maximise profitability. Participate in the

【崗位要求】
1、學(xué)歷要求:市場營銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷
2、工作經(jīng)驗及年限:8年及以上國際聯(lián)號品牌酒店市場銷售部工作經(jīng)驗,需具備直接管理銷售團(tuán)隊經(jīng)驗
3、培訓(xùn):戰(zhàn)略管理、組織變革管理、管理能力開發(fā)、市場營銷、合同法、財務(wù)管理及談判技巧等方面的培訓(xùn)
4、專業(yè)技能:對市場營銷工作有深刻認(rèn)知,有較強(qiáng)的市場感知能力、敏銳地把握市場動態(tài)、市場方向的能力、密切的媒體合作關(guān)系
5、通用技能(計算機(jī)/語言等)熟練使用辦公軟件。普通話、粵語標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流利優(yōu)先
