【崗位要求】
1、學(xué)歷要求:市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及年限:8年及以上國(guó)際聯(lián)號(hào)品牌酒店市場(chǎng)銷售部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),需具備直接管理銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、培訓(xùn):戰(zhàn)略管理、組織變革管理、管理能力開發(fā)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、合同法、財(cái)務(wù)管理及談判技巧等方面的培訓(xùn)
4、專業(yè)技能:對(duì)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作有深刻認(rèn)知,有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)感知能力、敏銳地把握市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、市場(chǎng)方向的能力、密切的媒體合作關(guān)系
5、通用技能(計(jì)算機(jī)/語(yǔ)言等)熟練使用辦公軟件。普通話、粵語(yǔ)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流利優(yōu)先
