1.Prepare the arrival and departure of the team on the day and the next day, and coordinate with relevant departments to better prepare rooms for guests.
準備當(dāng)天和次日團隊的到達和離店,與相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào),以便更好地為客人準備好房間。
2.?Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and carry out cashier business.

3. Regularly supervise the missing accounts of the system.
定時地監(jiān)督系統(tǒng)的漏帳。
4. Be able to report and hand in items quickly when handling lost and found items.
處理失物招領(lǐng)時能購迅速報告并上交物品。
5. Practice and master emergency handling procedures.
實踐和熟練掌握緊急事件處理程序。
6. Ensure that each shift prints reports and completes tracking reports.
確保每個班次打印報表,完成追蹤報告等。
7. Coordinate with the Concierge department to change rooms.與禮賓部協(xié)調(diào)換房事宜等。
We are looking for someone who:
候選人應(yīng)具備以下特質(zhì):
1. Minimum1 year in the same position in 5-star international hotel experience.
至少一年五星級酒店同等崗位酒店工作經(jīng)驗。
2. Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions.
享受精心設(shè)計的創(chuàng)意和最佳解決方案。
3. Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language) to host international guests.
能用流利的英語(以及當(dāng)?shù)卣Z言)進行交流和寫作,以接待國際客人。
4. Has strong interpersonal, communication skills, have passionate, energetic and fashionable personality.

5. Good at Microsoft Office and Opera System.
