MAIN PURPOSE 主要職責
Under the guidance and supervision ofthe Executive Housekeeper and established SALT policies and procedures,supervise the activities and behaviour or Public Area team members to ensureclean, orderly, sanitary and attractive Public Areas of the Hotel and itssurroundings; suggest, develop training programs to improve the efficiency,productivity and performance of Public Area team members.
在行政管家的指導下,創(chuàng)建政策和流程,管理同事的工作態(tài)度及舉止行為,確保公共區(qū)域的團隊成員能夠完成酒店周圍和公共區(qū)域的清潔工作,提供意見和發(fā)展培訓計劃來提高公共區(qū)域的工作效率。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景資格
???????College Degree or above
大專及以上學歷
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作經歷
???????Extensive prior working experience with High-End Tour Operators.
擁有知名國際酒店品牌的工作經驗。
??????? At least 3years hotel experience.
至少3年的酒店經驗
???????Good working experience in housekeeping common area
在客房部公共區(qū)域有豐富的工作經驗
??????? Exposureto industry which required high service standard.
展現(xiàn)高水平的行業(yè)服務標準
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他專業(yè)要求
???????Good management skill, organization and coordination skill,interpersonal communication skill and adaptability
具有良好的管理能力,組織協(xié)調能力,人際溝通能力和應變能力.,掌握各類清潔用具的使用和保養(yǎng)方法
???????Have strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, careful; set self as anexample, willing to learn, to be enthusiasm and compassionate, focus on qualityand efficiency.
富有責任心,工作細致、認真,為人表率,注重質量,講究效率。
???????Good ability to train the subordinate knowledge and skills.
具有良好的培訓下屬知識及技能的能力。
???????Familiar with the national laws, regulations on guest room operation andhygiene requirements.
熟悉國家有關客房經營的法令、法規(guī)及衛(wèi)生要求知識。
???????Be good at leading and motivating the work of the subordinate employeesand correctly evaluating their work performance, effectively prepare the teammember training plans, and organize the implementation.
善于領導和激勵下屬員工的工作和正確評估員工的工作表現(xiàn),有效地編制部門員工培訓計劃,并組織實施。
???????Be familiar with the work responsibilities, procedures and standards ofall departments of the company.
熟悉本公司各部門的工作職責、程序和標準。
???????A clean criminal record is a-must.
