Responsibilities

To To follow proper payroll & uniform procedures.
遵循正確的薪資及制服程序。
To be able to perform requested FS standards at the action stations when facing guest and providing with FS hospitality, Service Culture and Smile
能夠執(zhí)行四季標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在直接面對客人時,需提供四季的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),服務(wù)文化和始終保持微笑宗旨。
To set up and complete the mise en place for breakfast/lunch/dinner according to schedule & roster
根據(jù)排班表完成早中晚餐自助餐臺的擺設(shè)以及準(zhǔn)備。
To prepare and plate menu items accordingly to established FS guidelines and food standards.
根據(jù)四季方針及食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來準(zhǔn)備及擺設(shè)菜單項(xiàng)目。
To operate all equipment safely and properly in the kitchen and also ensuring they are kept clean after use
在廚房里需安全和正確操作所有設(shè)備,并確保他們在使用后依然保持清潔
To read all orders including BEO, IRD amenities, and others.
閱讀所有點(diǎn)單,包括宴會訂單,IRD甜品或其他。
To prepare and present on a timely basis all breads and pastries for breakfast/lunch/dinner service to established standard.
及時準(zhǔn)備好餅房需要為早餐午餐晚餐準(zhǔn)備的糕點(diǎn),保持一定水準(zhǔn)。
To respect and accommodate server’s requests regarding guest’s personally, preference and request.
尊重并盡力達(dá)到服務(wù)員所提出的要求,因?yàn)檫@些都是屬于客人個人提出的喜好和要求。
To handle food and rotate it accordingly to established procedures.
根據(jù)準(zhǔn)則處理和貯藏食物。
To make requisition, obtaining proper signature, submit, pick up of all items needed for the day and the next day with assistance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef on duty
協(xié)助當(dāng)班主管或副廚師長申請、簽字、上交和領(lǐng)取當(dāng)日和次日所需原料。
To work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standard of quality.
遵從食譜和擺盤,以確保出品質(zhì)量。
To clean all work areas at the end of the shift including own fridge, freezer, gasket, knifes and cutting board.
下班時清潔工作區(qū)域,包括冰箱、冷庫、刀具和砧板。
To ensure a neat, clean, sanitized and organized work area
保證工作區(qū)域整潔衛(wèi)生。
To maintain a positive attitude toward changes and high level of professionalism at work.
靈活應(yīng)變、態(tài)度積極,保持專業(yè)水準(zhǔn)。
To handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
處理和匯報突發(fā)事件,無論事情大小。
To maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.

To maintain a full line of communication with supervisors.

To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.

To perform other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management and staff.

To be able to interact and swift from Pastry to Bakery if the operational needs require.
工作需要時,在餅房和面包房都可靈活勝任。
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
優(yōu)先考慮的資格和技能
1. High school education or equivalent experience.
2. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
3. Good basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and sanitation
4. Good basic knowledge of Local , Asian, Western and International Breads & Desserts
1. 高中或同等以上學(xué)歷。
2. 必須會講普通話,在中國需要工作許可。
3. 良好的食品衛(wèi)生安全基礎(chǔ)知識。
4. 對當(dāng)?shù)?,亞洲,西方及國際的面包及甜品需具備良好的基礎(chǔ)知識。
