Primary Responsibilities 主要職責
·Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service provided to both in-house and outside guests at all times.
·Be aware of the daily meeting or activities in the hotel.
·Provide accurate information about the hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, sightseeing tours, doctors and any other information request by guests in the absence of the concierge.
·Accepts luggage or parcels for safekeeping and ensure that it is recorded properly.
·Up-sell hotel transportation or arrange taxi as per guest request.
·Ensure that the guest are well welcomed at the entrance, offered assistance with their luggage, escort to the room, directed within the hotel in the absence of the Guest Relation officer.

·提供精準的酒店服務信息,當?shù)刂包c,餐館,觀光旅游和其他客人需求的信息。
·妥善保管接收的行李或包裹,并確保適當?shù)挠涗洝?·根據(jù)客人要求推銷酒店訂車服務或者為客人打車。
·確??腿嗽谶M酒店時收到熱烈的歡迎,主動幫助客人提行李,引領客人到房間,直接引領客人到賓客關系處。

Responsible for receiving and ensuring correct delivery of guest’s lu age to and from rooms, airport and cars and assists all guests with inquiries and requests. The Bell performs various errands related to guest’s needs, comfort and satisfaction.
