崗位職責(zé):
在酒店主入口或禮賓臺(tái)微笑迎送每一位客人,主動(dòng)為上下車(chē)的客人提供協(xié)助(如開(kāi)門(mén)、打傘)。
安全、高效地為入住客人搬運(yùn)行李至房間,并禮貌地介紹房間設(shè)施;為離店客人收取行李,妥善保管并協(xié)助裝車(chē)。
為客人辦理行李寄存和提取手續(xù),準(zhǔn)確填寫(xiě)行李牌,確保行李寄存區(qū)的整潔與安全。
處理客人遺留物品的登記、保管和認(rèn)領(lǐng)流程。
準(zhǔn)確回答客人關(guān)于酒店內(nèi)部設(shè)施(餐廳、泳池、健身房、SPA等)的營(yíng)業(yè)時(shí)間、位置和特色的問(wèn)題。
?熟悉本市旅游信息,能為客人提供關(guān)于本地景點(diǎn)、博物館、劇院、商業(yè)中心、交通路線等的基礎(chǔ)介紹和指引。
學(xué)習(xí)處理客人的簡(jiǎn)單委托,如:餐廳預(yù)訂、叫出租車(chē)、郵寄信件/明信片等。
為客人預(yù)約出租車(chē),并與出租車(chē)司機(jī)保持良好的溝通,確保服務(wù)順暢。
積極與前臺(tái)、賓客關(guān)系、客房部等部門(mén)溝通協(xié)作,確??腿诵枨蟊患皶r(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地傳遞和滿足。
認(rèn)真完成班次報(bào)表的填寫(xiě),確保重要信息和未完成事項(xiàng)能清晰地交接給下一班次的同事。
保持禮賓臺(tái)、行李車(chē)和門(mén)前區(qū)域的整潔、有序和專業(yè)形象。
至少六個(gè)月實(shí)習(xí)期。
具備良好的溝通能力,簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)交流能力。

Job Responsibility:
Greet and see off every guest with a smile at the main entrance of the hotel or at the concierge desk, and offer assistance to guests getting on and off the vehicle (such as opening the door or holding an umbrella).
Safely and efficiently carry luggage for guests to their rooms and politely introduce the room facilities. Collect luggage for guests leaving the hotel, keep it properly and assist in loading it onto the vehicle.
Handle the luggage storage and retrieval procedures for guests, accurately fill in the luggage tags, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the luggage storage area.
The registration, storage and claim process for handling items left behind by guests.
Accurately answer guests' questions about the business hours, locations and features of the hotel's internal facilities (such as restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, SPA, etc.).
Be familiar with the tourism information of this city and be able to provide guests with basic introductions and guidance about local attractions, museums, theaters, commercial centers, transportation routes, etc
Learn to handle simple commissions from guests, such as: restaurant reservations, hailing taxis, mailing letters/postcards, etc.
Book taxis for guests and maintain good communication with taxi drivers to ensure smooth service.
Actively communicate and collaborate with departments such as the front desk, guest relations, and housekeeping to ensure that guests' needs are promptly and accurately conveyed and met.
Carefully complete the filling of the shift log to ensure that important information and unfinished matters can be clearly handed over to the colleagues of the next shift.
Keep the concierge desk, luggage carts and the area in front of the door clean, orderly and professional.
At least a six-month internship period
Have good communication skills and simple oral English communication ability
