【崗位職責(zé)】
1.????? Verify all articles on purchase orders,receiving records and the invoices of the suppliers.
核查所有物品的采購單、收貨記錄以及供應(yīng)商的送貨單。
2.????? If any good return to supplier, then shall verifyall articles on the return notes of merchandise and credit notes of thesuppliers
如遇退貨,需核查所有物品的退貨清單和供應(yīng)商的簽收單。
3.????? Import daily receiving records from MC system to Sun system.
將物料管控系統(tǒng)中的每日收貨記錄輸入到Sun財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
4.????? Manually key in expenses, contract fee, claims and service fee to Sunsystem after Chief Accountant stated the account coding.
在總會(huì)計(jì)師排定科目代碼以后,手工輸入合同款項(xiàng)、報(bào)銷、服務(wù)費(fèi)至Sun財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。
5.????? Reconcile with supplies on outstandingbalance against the accounts payable of the hotel.
根據(jù)酒店的應(yīng)付帳款與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行未結(jié)賬款的對(duì)賬。
6.????? Prepare payment request and attachedinvoice, outstanding ledger printed from system, supplier statement, receivingrecord and credit notes (if any) of the suppliers.
準(zhǔn)備好付款申請(qǐng)并附上相關(guān)發(fā)票、從系統(tǒng)打印的未付賬單、供應(yīng)商的對(duì)賬單、收貨記錄以及簽收單(如有)。
7.????? Prepare cheques and payment advice for allapproved payment requests then forward to Director of Finance and GeneralManager for signature.
準(zhǔn)備好支票和所有已完成付款申請(qǐng)審核的付款憑證,然后呈交財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)和總經(jīng)理簽章。
8.????? Allocate payments made to respective accountspayable in Sun System and update Payment Listing.
將已支付的款項(xiàng)更新到Sun財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的個(gè)別賬戶里進(jìn)行銷賬。
9.????? Prepare a monthly trace record for allpayment by instalments.
對(duì)所有的分期付款項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)備月跟蹤賬。
10.??? To assist the Chief Accountant to reconcilethe balance sheet outstanding items and to follow up when necessary.
如有需求,須協(xié)助總會(huì)計(jì)師完成資產(chǎn)負(fù)債科目的調(diào)解表.

4.????? To ensure you read the hotel’s ?Employee Handbook and have an understanding ofand adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policiesand procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
確保閱讀理解本酒店的《員工手冊》,并都愿意遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度,特別是有關(guān)消防、衛(wèi)生、健康與安全方面的政策和操作流程。
5.????? To comply with local legislation asrequired.
熟悉了解并遵守當(dāng)?shù)氐姆煞ㄒ?guī)。
6.????? To respond to any changes in the departmentas dictated by the needs of the hotel.
服從基于行業(yè)、公司或酒店需要的任何調(diào)準(zhǔn)命令。
7.????? To be flexible and extend job duties tocarry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the jobcapability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areasif required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
