Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, control costs, and ensure adequate stock with rational usage.
管理清潔用品及耗材的庫存,控制成本,確保物資供應(yīng)充足且合理使用;
Train and guide the cleaning team to enhance service awareness and professional skills, ensuring efficient operations.
培訓(xùn)并指導(dǎo)清潔團(tuán)隊(duì),提升員工服務(wù)意識(shí)及專業(yè)技能,確保團(tuán)隊(duì)高效運(yùn)作;
Address guest complaints or suggestions regarding public areas, resolve issues promptly, and provide feedback on improvement measures.
處理客人對(duì)公共區(qū)域的投訴或建議,及時(shí)解決問題并反饋改進(jìn)措施;
Coordinate with other departments for venue cleaning and setup during large-scale events or conferences.
