Responsible for safe transferof guests from all determined locations.

Create guest satisfactionthrough a pleasing personality, effective communication skills and should befirst to greet the guest as per time of the day.
憑借令人愉快的性格和有效的溝通技巧取得客戶的滿意,并且總要主動與客人打招呼。
Maintain good knowledge of thecity routes locations and hotel facilities.
熟知城市路線、地點和酒店設施。
Maintain knowledge of flighttimings and assist guest in handling and loading baggage whenever required.
知曉航班時間,并按客人要求協(xié)助其處理和裝載行李。
Maintain a high standard ofpersonal hygiene and be well groomed and well-dressed at all times.
保持個人衛(wèi)生,隨時保持個人形象和穿著整潔。
Do utmost to learn names ofguests, especially repeat and long staying guests remaining alert to situationsto offer assistance.
盡力熟知客人的名字,特別是熟客和長包房的客人,注意觀察情況以向客人提供協(xié)助。
Maintain detailed knowledge offacilities and services of the hotel and use this knowledge to promote thehotel to guests.
熟知酒店設施和服務情況,并以此向客人推銷酒店。
Keep abreast of activities inyour city which may affect driving times or routes and relay this to management.
了解所在城市的活動,如發(fā)現(xiàn)可能影響駕駛時間或路線的情況應向管理層匯報。
Responsible for the upkeep andcleanliness of the car used for guest transfer and assist with maintainingvehicles to hotel presentation standards.
負責載客車輛的保養(yǎng)和清潔,并按照酒店形象標準對車輛進行維護。
Performs other duties as may beassigned by the FrontOffice Manager.
執(zhí)行前廳部經理可能分派的其它任務。
?Assist with heavy packages,coats, suitcase, etc.? Being alert togive assistance courteously and quickly, before having to be asked.
主動協(xié)助客人提重包裹、拿衣服、提手提箱等,向客人提供禮貌和迅速的協(xié)助。
Maintain a willingness toplease attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guest.
保持令人愉悅的態(tài)度并專心接待每位到來的客人。
?Adhere to guest checking in andchecking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling.
在與行李相關的問題上,遵守客人入住和退房工作程序。
Welcome guests at the mainentrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day takingparticular note of repeat guests and IHG Rewards Club members.
在正門處歡迎客人,按具體時間段向客人發(fā)出合適的問候,特別要注意常客和憂悅會會員。
【崗位要求】
1、高中及以上學歷。需持有A1駕照。
2、熟悉交通法規(guī),懂得駕駛操作細則。
3、能夠按照出車通知單安全行車。
4、熟悉當地及周邊城市的交通路線。
5、除司機日常工作外,需按照部門要求,兼顧禮賓部分工作。
