Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要職責
1. Be fully trained in all spa services and treatments product knowledge, and services being able to guide and assist guests with any spa information and assistance as per resort standards.
受過所有水療中心服務、理療產(chǎn)品知識的全面培訓;能根據(jù)度假酒店的規(guī)范指導并幫助客人了解水療中心的信息和服務幫助。
2. Conduct training for spa receptionist whenever needed.
有需要時,培訓水療中心接待員。
3. Communicate and assist guests as per resort standards, and ensure all receptionist are communicating to guests as per resort standards.
根據(jù)度假酒店的規(guī)范,與客人溝通,并幫助客人,確保所有接待員與客人之間的良好溝通。
4. Have full knowledge of the spa system software, monitor and report on daily and future scheduled appointments.
充分了解水療系統(tǒng)軟件,監(jiān)督并報告每日及日后的行程安排。
5. Monitor and supervise receptionist on day work procedures.
檢查并管理接待員的日常工作情況。
6. Ensure receptionist performed according to spa service standard. Co-operate with reception sales inquiries matters at the spa boutique
確保接待員遵照水療服務標準進行工作,在預定與銷售事件上與接待相互合作。
7. Perform Spa Retail area introduction to guest that arrive to the spa for treatments when is needed.
需要的情況下向前來做理療的賓客進行產(chǎn)品展示柜的介紹。
8. Perform duties of receptionist if needed.
如有需要的話自己要做好接待。
9. Sell retail and up-sell treatment and spa packages. Model and teach selling skills to the staff.
銷售零售產(chǎn)品及護理項目及水療套餐,并讓員工了解其中所存在的銷售技巧。
10. Update correctly guest history files as per resort standards.
根據(jù)度假酒店的規(guī)范,正確更新客人的歷史記錄。
11. Communicate and assist guests as per resort standards.
按照度假酒店的規(guī)范,與客人溝通,并協(xié)助客人。
12. Work in a clean and hygienic manner as per resort standards.
按照度假酒店的規(guī)范,以清潔、衛(wèi)生的方式工作。
13. Carry out daily preparation of the Spa areas as per resort standards.
根據(jù)度假酒店的規(guī)范,進行水療區(qū)的日常運營。
14. Report any incidents or odd behavior to the Manager or Director.
向經(jīng)理或總監(jiān)報告任何事件或異常行為。
15. Attend to duty in proper uniform, on time and well groomed.
準時到崗,穿著制服,儀表得體。
16. Be fully trained on all spa products and ingredients used in the Spa and salon area.
受過關(guān)于水療和沙龍區(qū)使用的所有水療產(chǎn)品和配料的培訓。
17. Be flexible in working schedules as per resort requirements.
按照度假酒店的要求,接受彈性工作安排。
18. Conduct a daily brief for receptionists.
召集接待員開每日短會。
19. Carry out any other job related duties as per resort requirements.
按照度假酒店的要求,履行其他與職位相關(guān)的職責。
20. Ensure all team members adhere to all health and safety standards of the resort.
確保所有團隊成員遵守度假酒店的所有健康和安全規(guī)范。
21. Ensuring guest information, reading material and tea are as per resort standards at all times.
確??腿诵畔?、讀物、茶水等始終符合度假酒店的規(guī)范。
22. Oversee hourly scheduling of staff to meet demand for services
隨時檢查員工的工作情況及服務標準,如有需要做適當?shù)闹笇ё鳌?23. Make requisitions for product supplies and equipment, monitor stock levels
儲備物品和需要采購的物品如有短缺應及時的補充,并定期檢查庫存狀況。
24. Promptly handles daily in-coming mail and internal correspondence.
確保熟練的處理每日收發(fā)的郵件及信件。
25. Manage flexibility of scheduling to ensure no guest are turned away
靈活的控制與安排工作時間,確保沒有客人流失。
26. To maximize spa sales and revenue for the department
最大化的提高水療中心的收入。
27. To ensure all customers queries or requests are handled in a polite, friendly and efficient manner.
確保在處理客人要求的時候使用溫和友好有效的禮儀禮貌。
28. Ensure every staff can be known spa monthly budget, and achieve the month budget.
確保每位員工能熟知水療月度預算,同員工齊力完成水療每月的預算。
29. Monitor and maintain standard of cleanliness and set up each day – assist with set up as needed
始終如一的維持著各區(qū)域的清潔和日常展示區(qū)域布置的標準,并定時檢查,如有需要將重新布置。
30. Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities in working order, to required standard. Promptly organize repairs/replacements as needed
定期檢查與維護設備設施是否正常工作,確保在符合規(guī)定的標準下正常運作。如果有需要的話及時進行修理/替換。
31. Monitor and maintain standards of staff grooming, guest relations skills, treatment explanations and telephone skills
定期的檢查并培訓員工的儀容儀表、與客人之間的溝通技巧、對菜單的介紹及電話禮儀的技巧。
32. Model appropriate attitudes and behavior for staff. Give feedback on staff performance and coaching and counseling as required
適當?shù)膶T工的態(tài)度和行為進行模擬訓練,并對模擬進行反饋,如有必要將給予提出幫助與指導。
33. Each section inventory and performance reports.
月底完成每一個區(qū)域存貨清單的盤點報告。
