The Director of Finance is an integral part of the 4D structure within the hotel, providing support and technical expertise to other members of the team. This role is responsible for all accounting and financial requirements for the hotel in an environment of tight control. He / she will provide financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and hotel team, with the aim of maximizing value, developing the quality of the Finance function within the hotel. What will I be doing? As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Financial Accounting & Control: Best practice financial accounting processes in a robust control environment ? Overall management of the accounting records and financial reports of the hotel ensuring compliance with company, owner, statutory and fiscal requirements, and timetables. ? Where applicable the above must include the accounts for Hilton International’s branch or subsidiary. ? Ensure that the balance sheet is a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities of the hotel. The balance sheet must be regularly reviewed, and reconciliations performed of all accounts. ? Ensure compliance with the Management agreement with Hilton International, and any Owner / Lease agreement. ? Maintain a focused system of internal controls, which will provide an effective and efficient control over the hotel assets, liabilities, revenue and costs, ensuring compliance with company policy. ?     【崗位職責(zé)】 1、 全面負責(zé)酒店的經(jīng)營管理。 2、 建立、健全酒店的組織管理系統(tǒng),使之合理化、精簡化、高效化。 3、 負責(zé)實現(xiàn)酒店的營業(yè)收入指標(biāo)和利潤指標(biāo)。 4、 負責(zé)制定酒店的經(jīng)營預(yù)算和決算,提出更新改造和投資計劃。 5、 落實酒店年度財務(wù)預(yù)算,向各部門下達年度工作指標(biāo)。 6、 督促酒店維修保養(yǎng)工作和酒店安全管理工作。 7、 負責(zé)做好酒店與各界人士的公共關(guān)系,樹立酒店良好形象。 8、 做好酒店機構(gòu)設(shè)置、員工編制及重要人事變更。 9、 指導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)工作,培養(yǎng)人才,提高整個酒店的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和員工素質(zhì)。 10、及時向中旅酒店事業(yè)群本部條線匯報工作,做好業(yè)主與中旅酒店之間的橋梁紐帶。 【崗位要求】 1、大專以上學(xué)歷,相關(guān)管理專業(yè),年齡不超過50歲。 2、 從事五星級酒店工作10 年以上,具有5年以上國內(nèi)或國際知名五星級全服務(wù)型高端連鎖品牌酒店總經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗。 3、 熟悉酒店各部門服務(wù)及管理流程。 4、 善于管理和經(jīng)營團隊,事業(yè)心強。 5、 有較強的溝通、計劃、決策和綜合判斷能力。 6、服從管理,接受全國統(tǒng)一調(diào)派,穩(wěn)定性好,中共黨員優(yōu)先考慮。

    崗位職責(zé): 1、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理確?酒店的經(jīng)營管理?針、發(fā)展?向、組織機構(gòu)和完善酒店的?遠規(guī)劃及年度經(jīng)營計劃; 2、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理制定、執(zhí)行、監(jiān)管酒店的各項財務(wù)與運營計劃; 3、執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理的各項要求,協(xié)助總經(jīng)理處理酒店的運作及經(jīng)營,執(zhí)行酒店各項決議,完成總經(jīng)理做出的經(jīng)營計劃及總經(jīng)理分配的各項具體任務(wù); 4、負責(zé)的部門整體能力水平提升,了解客戶需求,走在市場前沿,引領(lǐng)酒店產(chǎn)品升級,創(chuàng)新; 5、了解賓客服務(wù)和運營中的潛在需求,以便及時發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)標(biāo)準的問題,制定并實施改進措施,推動賓客滿意度不斷提高,能夠與客戶進行互動,獲取反饋并建立良好的關(guān)系; 6、檢查酒店各項管理制度、工作決策及服務(wù)程序的貫徹落實,協(xié)調(diào)各部門關(guān)系,確保酒店各項工作正常運轉(zhuǎn); 7、組織協(xié)調(diào)與各部門的協(xié)同配合,確保酒店的各項服務(wù)產(chǎn)品符合顧客的需求并滿意; 8、對酒店的日常運行、服務(wù)質(zhì)量及員工的工作紀律標(biāo)準方面存在的問題進行督導(dǎo),使之達到酒店要求; 9、掌握酒店日常經(jīng)營情況,根據(jù)總經(jīng)理提出的酒店長遠規(guī)劃和年度計劃,對酒店的經(jīng)營管理和企業(yè)發(fā)展問題提供決策性建議和意見; 10、協(xié)助總經(jīng)理加強對分管部門管理干部管理技能和服務(wù)技能的培訓(xùn)工作,打造高水平的管理隊伍; 11、總經(jīng)理外出時,代表總經(jīng)理主持酒店每天例會,參與并最終確定決策; 12、主持處理酒店發(fā)生的各類緊急事件,處理客人重大投訴,確保經(jīng)營活動的正常運行。 任職要求: 1、大學(xué)專科以上學(xué)歷,具備優(yōu)秀酒店運營工作經(jīng)驗管理者,具有5年以上五星級酒店相關(guān)管理工作經(jīng)驗; 2、熟悉酒店各部門服務(wù)標(biāo)準及管理流程,善于成本控制; 3、通曉酒店各部門的經(jīng)營管理工作,尤其是客房,餐飲,前廳等關(guān)鍵職能,理解酒店的管理機制和程序; 4、有良好的團隊意識和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力; 5、具有良好的協(xié)調(diào)溝通、管理和團隊建設(shè)能力,事業(yè)心強。
