【工作職責(zé)】
在人力資源部中為人事部的正常高效運(yùn)行而做出貢獻(xiàn)。保證進(jìn)修及培訓(xùn)發(fā)展部順利高效的工作。
【任職要求】
1. 優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧
2.?協(xié)助對(duì)員工關(guān)系、工資和福利以及招聘活動(dòng)的發(fā)展、執(zhí)行和管理工作。
3. 保持高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的個(gè)人形象和儀容儀表
4. 通過協(xié)助人事部經(jīng)理 / 人力資源部經(jīng)理制定人事計(jì)劃、協(xié)調(diào)并執(zhí)行所有人事行政工作,為人力資源部行政工作的高效運(yùn)行提供支持
5. 至少兩年以上國(guó)際酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

4.?Providessmooth and efficient administrative support in the Human Resources Departmentby assisting the Personnel Manager/Director of Human Resources in the planning,coordination and implementation of all office administration of the HumanResources Office
5. Minimum two years working experience in international hotels
