The Director of Operations is responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel in order for Head of Departments to achieve and exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets. What will I be doing? Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and the results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action. Manage and develop the Head of Departments (HODs) to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company. Seek and respond to guest feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
