崗位職責:
1.根據(jù)年度市場銷售計劃管理銷售活動,并執(zhí)行酒店銷售策略實現(xiàn)或超額完成預算。
2.監(jiān)督日常銷售經理/銷售主任的銷售活動,負責指導銷售和培訓的具體職責。
3.與銷售總監(jiān)協(xié)作,領導和監(jiān)督銷售團隊。
4.通過銷售談判,實現(xiàn)酒店的最大利潤和最高價格。
5.參加酒店客戶的活動以及當?shù)厣鐓^(qū)商務或交流活動。
崗位要求:
1.旅游或酒店管理專業(yè)學士學位。
2.至少三年在國際酒店銷售部的工作經歷。
3.對本地,國內以及國際市場的客戶有深刻的了解。具有開發(fā)新商業(yè)機會的能力。
Key Responsibilities:
1.The position is responsible for managing sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.?
2.?Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers/Sales Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training.
3.In conjunction with the DOS, leads and supervises the Sales Team.
4.Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.
5.Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.??
2.Minimum 3 years’ in relevant experience within an international hotel chain.
3.Good in depth knowledge of accounts within local, domestic and international markets.? Ability to develop and hunt for new businesses.
