Manage
the operation of the Front? Office to
ensure maintenance of courteous and competent service to hotel’s guests through
effective and efficient rooms management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
主要職責(zé)
Direct the activities of
the departmental supervisors through guidance, leadership and motivation to
ensure that associates are properly selected, trained, counseled and rewarded
so that maximum productivity is attained.
以引領(lǐng)、指導(dǎo)和激勵的方式指揮部門主管的工作,確保合理運(yùn)用、培訓(xùn)、勸戒和獎勵員工以便增進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展。
Prepare the department’s
annual budget that meets the company’s set objectives; operate within the
approved budget by closely monitoring the labor, overhead and other related
costs and by optimizing the use of rooms to maximize room revenue.
根據(jù)公司的既定目標(biāo)制定部門的年度預(yù)算,在認(rèn)可的預(yù)算內(nèi)運(yùn)作,嚴(yán)密監(jiān)控勞務(wù)費(fèi),一般管理費(fèi)用和其他相關(guān)費(fèi)用并通過優(yōu)化房間的利用以增加客房收入。
Develop efficient work
procedures to ensure set standards are met and maintained and propose
improvements required on existing system.
制定有效的工作程式以確保符合、維持既定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),同時應(yīng)對現(xiàn)存的制度提出改進(jìn)意見。
?Oversees the preparation
of work schedules ensuring that all sections are properly manned based on
productivity levels and forecasted occupancy.
督導(dǎo)工作日程表的準(zhǔn)備工作以確保各部門根據(jù)生產(chǎn)力水平和預(yù)計的入住率合理地配備人員。
?Develop and maintain good
human relation skills in handling guest complaints by coordinating with other
departments and in resolving personnel problems with the assistance of the
Human Resources Department.
在處理客人投訴時與其他部門進(jìn)行配合,而在解決人事問題時尋求人力資源部的協(xié)助,借此增長和保持良好的人際關(guān)系處理技巧。
Compile monthly financial
and operational report.
出具每月財務(wù)和運(yùn)作報告。
Ensure the full range of
Front Office services such as Concierge, Front Desk ,Guest Service Centre,
Airport Representative, Continental Club etc. are up to the required standard.
Serve as a member of the
Management Team and act as the Assistant Manager when required and work with
other management personnel in establishing and implementing hotel service
standards to achieve maximum profitability and efficiency.
以管理層工作組成員的身份工作并在必要時擔(dān)任當(dāng)班經(jīng)理。和其他管理層員工協(xié)同工作,建立、執(zhí)行酒店的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以爭取最大的利潤和效率。
