1、負(fù)責(zé)通過公關(guān)和促銷活動實現(xiàn)集團和酒店在本地和國際上的定位目標(biāo)。

2、協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)開發(fā)公關(guān)促銷計劃及制作預(yù)算。
Assist the Sales Director in developing public relations and promotion plans and preparing budgets.
3、與媒體、本地社區(qū)、客戶及酒店總部保持密切聯(lián)系,代表、宣傳酒店形象。
Maintain close contact with the media, local communities, customers and the hotel headquarters, and represent and promote the hotel's image.
4、保證所有的宣傳資料和廣告都達到集團的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),維護酒店的良好形象和定位。
Ensure that all promotional materials and advertisements meet the group's standards, and maintain the hotel's good image and positioning
5、開拓并實施公關(guān)活動,負(fù)責(zé)制作促銷資料、對媒體宣傳資料及安排在媒體對飯店的報道。
Develop and implement public relations activities, take charge of producing promotional materials and media publicity materials, and arrange media coverage of the hotel.
6、開發(fā)并跟進酒店的各項市場活動。
Develop and follow up on various marketing activities of the hotel.

8、對競爭對手的活動有完全的了解,以便在制定戰(zhàn)略時使用這些信息。

12、開發(fā)并執(zhí)行市場公關(guān)/廣告媒體計劃去完成整個酒店的目標(biāo)與媒體,并與公關(guān)客戶保持聯(lián)系。
Develop and implement marketing public relations/advertising media plans to achieve the overall hotel goals, and maintain contact with the media and PR clients.
13、參與準(zhǔn)備戰(zhàn)略計劃。
Participate in preparing strategic plans.
14、積極地與主流媒體交流去提高酒店在市場的曝光率或撰寫文章。
Actively communicate with mainstream media to increase the hotel's market exposure or write articles.
15、掌握市場營銷數(shù)據(jù)。

Take the initiative to develop and implement the hotel's annual public relations plans and advertising campaigns.
17、在銷售總監(jiān)的指導(dǎo)下,組織活動包括邀請媒體,本地重要人物,公司客戶,旅行社和其他相關(guān)客人。
Under the guidance of the Sales Director, organize activities including inviting the media, local VIPs, corporate clients, travel agencies and other relevant guests.
