Assist with residence manger in adopt and supervision all existing programs to ensure the smooth implementation of all company policies, regulations and the behaviors.
協(xié)助駐店經(jīng)理運(yùn)用及監(jiān)管所有運(yùn)營(yíng)程序,確保公司政策和制度以及公司各項(xiàng)行為的順利實(shí)施。
Coordinate with operations departments to achieve the revenue and expenditure targets, and ensure smooth daily operation of a property
協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)營(yíng)部門,確保達(dá)到財(cái)政收支目標(biāo),以及物業(yè)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)工作的順利進(jìn)行。
Assist with residence manager in conduct daily affairs,responsible for the supervision, coordination and implementation of work assigned by resident manager, as well as timely report to the resident manager.
協(xié)助駐店經(jīng)理日常運(yùn)營(yíng)事務(wù)的開展,負(fù)責(zé)駐店經(jīng)理交辦工作的督辦、協(xié)調(diào)與落實(shí),并及時(shí)向駐店經(jīng)理進(jìn)行匯報(bào)。
Maintain good communication and coordination with all partners.
保持各合作方的良好溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。
Establish and maintain good customer relationships, including implementing customer strategies to improve guest satisfaction; actively and effectively handling guest feedback and complaints.
建立和維系良好的客戶關(guān)系,貫徹包括客服策略,以提高客人滿意度;積極有效的處理客人的反饋和投訴。
Be a property manager on duty on a regular basis.
定期擔(dān)任物業(yè)值班經(jīng)理。
In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團(tuán)的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。?
Any other tasks assigned by residence manager.
完成駐店經(jīng)理交辦的其他事宜。
Requirements
資質(zhì)要求
Major in hotel, tourism or economic management;
酒店或旅游、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理類專業(yè)畢業(yè):
3-5years practical management experience in serviced apartments/four-star international branded hotels;
3-5年服務(wù)公寓/四星級(jí)國(guó)際品牌酒店實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Good operational management expertise and financial knowledge;
良好的運(yùn)營(yíng)類知識(shí)和財(cái)務(wù)類知識(shí);
Familiar with local legislation and regulations;
熟悉當(dāng)?shù)氐姆煞ㄒ?guī)等規(guī)章制度;
Good listening, speaking, reading and writing communication skills in Mandarin and English(multi-foreign language ability is preferred);
良好的中英文聽、說、讀、寫溝通能力(掌握多國(guó)語言者優(yōu)先);?
Proactive and good communication skill;
高度的積極性和良好的溝通能力;
Work hard, ambitious and strong sense of responsibility;
