Job Description:
1.?協調餐飲部各部門的運作。協助餐飲總監(jiān)制定餐廳及酒吧的預算。在餐飲部總監(jiān)及餐廳經理中提供良好的溝通橋梁作用。
1.?Coordinate of day to day Food & Beverage outletactivities. To assist Director of Food & Beverage in Planning, organizing,budgeting in all outlets and bars. Provide a strong communication link betweenOutlet Managers and the Director F&B.
2.?對于銷售和成本方面,隨時更新財務數據(預算與實際),并確保銷售額和利潤最大化。
2.?To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) insales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
3.?充分了解市場對餐廳各部門的需求和期望,確保各餐廳管理團隊對于相應產品線(菜單)的開發(fā)。
3.?To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensurethat the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management teamaccordingly.
4.?有效地回應內部審計報告,跟進客人的評論的調查。
4.?Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation followingguest comments.
崗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1. 良好的口頭及書面溝通能力
1.?Good oral and written communication skills
2.?至少8年酒店相關運做經驗,最好具有國際連鎖酒店工作經驗
2.?Min 8-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity,preferably with international hotel chain
3.?全日制大專(含)以上學歷
3.?Associate degree or above
