Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
1.Responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for hotels, enhancing brand online exposure and market influence;
負(fù)責(zé)制定并執(zhí)行酒店數(shù)字營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略,提升品牌在線曝光度和市場(chǎng)影響力;
2.Manage the content planning and operation of the hotel's official website, social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, etc.), and OTA channels;
管理酒店官網(wǎng)、社交媒體平臺(tái)(微信、微博、小紅書等)及OTA渠道的內(nèi)容策劃與運(yùn)營(yíng);
3.Plan and implement online marketing activities, including but not limited to promotional activities, brand partnerships, KOL promotions, etc., to increase customer conversion rates;
策劃并實(shí)施線上營(yíng)銷活動(dòng),包括但不限于促銷活動(dòng)、品牌合作、KOL推廣等,以提升客戶轉(zhuǎn)化率;
4.Monitor and analyze digital marketing data (such as traffic, conversion rates, user behavior, etc.), regularly submit performance reports and provide optimization suggestions;
監(jiān)測(cè)和分析數(shù)字營(yíng)銷數(shù)據(jù)(如流量、轉(zhuǎn)化率、用戶行為等),定期提交效果報(bào)告并提出優(yōu)化建議;
5.Coordinate internal teams (such as design, sales, and operations) and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities;
協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)(如設(shè)計(jì)、銷售、運(yùn)營(yíng))及外部合作伙伴,確保營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)的順利執(zhí)行;
6.Track industry trends and competitor dynamics, adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner to maintain market competitiveness;
跟蹤行業(yè)趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài),及時(shí)調(diào)整營(yíng)銷策略以保持市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;
7.Manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
管理數(shù)字營(yíng)銷預(yù)算,確保資源的高效利用。
Knowledge and Experience知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)
1.Familiar with the field of digital marketing, possessing professional knowledge in social media operations, content marketing, etc;
熟悉數(shù)字營(yíng)銷領(lǐng)域,具備社交媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)、內(nèi)容營(yíng)銷等專業(yè)知識(shí);
2.Excellent copywriting and creative planning skills, able to independently complete marketing plans;
優(yōu)秀的文案撰寫能力和創(chuàng)意策劃能力,能夠獨(dú)立完成營(yíng)銷方案;
3.Proficient in using data analysis tools and able to make data-driven decisions;
熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,能夠通過數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)決策;
4.Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to efficiently coordinate multiple resources;
具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,能夠高效協(xié)調(diào)多方資源;
5.Those with knowledge of the hotel industry or high-end service industry are preferred;

6.Result oriented, able to withstand work pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environments.
