    【崗位職責(zé)】 1、完成公司下達(dá)經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo),保證各部門計(jì)劃任務(wù)的順利完成; 2、制定紅酒雪茄吧的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、經(jīng)營策略、市場(chǎng)定位、經(jīng)營方針等各種方案及工作計(jì)劃; 3、完善客戶管理制度,接待重要客人,處理重要投訴,提升服務(wù)品質(zhì); 4、關(guān)注營業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛,對(duì)各部門的工作提出指導(dǎo)性意見。 5、處理各項(xiàng)外聯(lián)工作,掌握店內(nèi)各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營動(dòng)態(tài)。有解決突發(fā)事件的能力; 6、了解同行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況及同行的新趨勢(shì)、新潮流; 7、制定紅酒雪茄吧的經(jīng)營策略,市場(chǎng)策略及營銷方案。挖掘新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),提升紅酒雪茄吧市場(chǎng)占有率; 8、督促各部門工作的順利進(jìn)行,考核各部門工作指標(biāo)完成情況; 9、定期向公司匯報(bào)工作,執(zhí)行總部的各項(xiàng)決議。 【崗位要求】 1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,個(gè)人形象氣質(zhì)佳,工作責(zé)任心強(qiáng),品行端正; 2、有3年以上紅酒雪茄吧服務(wù)行業(yè)獨(dú)立管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有較強(qiáng)的店務(wù)實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn); 3、熟悉和掌握的各類酒品/雪茄的品種、產(chǎn)地、度數(shù)、特點(diǎn)和銷售價(jià)格,并有較強(qiáng)的銷售技能; 4、精通團(tuán)隊(duì)管理、客戶管理、易耗品管理、陳列管理; 5、熟悉店務(wù)的各項(xiàng)流程的制定、執(zhí)行。善于處理人際關(guān)系和團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)。

    工作內(nèi)容: 1.按規(guī)定的菜單和制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),完成各類冷菜的制作,確保菜品口味、造型符合要求; 2.負(fù)責(zé)冷菜間食材的挑選、清洗、加工及儲(chǔ)存,嚴(yán)格把控食材新鮮度; 3.每日做好冷菜間的衛(wèi)生清潔工作,包括廚具、操作臺(tái)、冷藏設(shè)備等,保證操作環(huán)境符合衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn); 4.合理控制冷菜食材的用量,減少浪費(fèi),降低成本; 5.配合部門其他工作,確保服務(wù)的順利進(jìn)行。 工作地點(diǎn): 浙江省麗水市龍泉市 公司福利: 月休4天、繳納五險(xiǎn)、全勤獎(jiǎng)、員工食堂、員工宿舍、三節(jié)福利、生日福利、帶薪年假等
