Major Responsibility主要工作職責(zé)
·????????Participate in the formulation andimplementation of housekeeping policies and regulations. Update the workflow indaily work, improve the work efficiency of the department.
參與制定并執(zhí)行客房部的相關(guān)政策及規(guī)定,在日常工作中保持工作流的持續(xù)更新,提高部門的工作效率。
·????????Draw up the annual budget of the department andensure the department operating expenses are controlled within the budget.
制定部門的年度預(yù)算,并確保部門的經(jīng)營(yíng)費(fèi)用控制在預(yù)算之內(nèi)。
·????????Organize and formulate department workprocedure and work evaluation.
組織編制部門工作程序及工作考評(píng)。
·????????Supervise staff to comply with the rules andregulations, leads by example to work strictly in accordance with the specifiedoperating procedures and service standards.
督導(dǎo)客房部的員工遵守規(guī)章制度,同時(shí)以身作則,嚴(yán)格按規(guī)定的操作流程和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工作。
·????????Keep track of daily room situation, guide Supervisors’management, implement comprehensive work plan and be responsible for departmentwork outcomes.
掌握每日客房情況,指導(dǎo)客房領(lǐng)班層管理人員,落實(shí)全面的工作計(jì)劃并對(duì)部門工作結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。
·????????Supervise the cleaning and maintenance of guestfacilities, public areas and back office (per the property’s actual situation)and be responsible for the work outcomes.
監(jiān)督住客設(shè)施、公共區(qū)域及后勤區(qū)域(根據(jù)物業(yè)實(shí)際情況)的清潔和維護(hù),并對(duì)工作結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。
·????????Coordinate with the Sales Department, guaranteethe best occupancy rate, ensure that apartments and equipments are clean. Strictlycontrol the number of maintenance rooms and urge the timeliness of maintenance.
配合銷售部門,保證客房最大出租率和客房設(shè)備設(shè)施清潔方面的完好。嚴(yán)格控制維修房的數(shù)量和督促維修時(shí)效性。
·????????Establish and control the washing requirementsand washing quality of laundry and linen and check regularly to ensure thestandard of laundry ironing service.
制定和控制客衣與布草的洗滌要求和洗滌質(zhì)量,定期加以檢查、保證客衣熨洗服務(wù)的水準(zhǔn)
·????????Work closely with other department managers to contributeto the operation of the property.
及時(shí)與其他部門經(jīng)理做好溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作,確保物業(yè)的正常運(yùn)營(yíng)。
·????????Strengthen connection with other Ascottproperties, make sure the information sharing requested by guest service.
加強(qiáng)與雅詩(shī)閣旗下其他服務(wù)公寓之間的聯(lián)絡(luò),確??腿朔?wù)要求的信息共享。
·????????Assist to meet and provide a fond farewell toimportant/group guests, provide service for important activities/events.
協(xié)助重要客人和團(tuán)體客人的迎送工作及重要活動(dòng)場(chǎng)面的服務(wù)工作。
·????????Understand and familiar with the related brand knowledgeand actively participate in various activities organized by the property.
了解和熟悉對(duì)應(yīng)的品牌知識(shí),積極參加物業(yè)組織的各類活動(dòng)。
·????????Check and confirm readiness of apartments forVIP/VVIP, visit guests on special occasions, e.g. ill guests, long-stay guests.
檢查并確認(rèn)VIP/VVIP貴賓房準(zhǔn)備情況,在特殊情況下探望客人,如患病的客人,長(zhǎng)期入住的客人。
·????????Ask guests their opinion of housekeeping work,deal with complaints properly, improve housekeeping service.
主動(dòng)征詢賓客意見,妥善處理賓客投訴,努力改進(jìn)服務(wù)工作。
·????????Monitor and control items consumption and the usageof cleaning equipments, manage regular stock inventory, responsible for the inventoryresult.
監(jiān)督、控制客房各種物品的消耗以及清潔設(shè)備的使用,定期做好部門的盤點(diǎn)工作,對(duì)盤點(diǎn)結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)。
·????????Control Lost & Found, report management andfile storage, conduct expenditure estimates. Participate in the formulation andeffective implementation of the department's expenditure budget, activelyinnovate and take effective cost reduction measures.
監(jiān)督客人遺留物品的處理;監(jiān)督報(bào)表的管理和檔案資料的儲(chǔ)存;參與制定并有效執(zhí)行本部門的開支預(yù)算,積極創(chuàng)新并采取有效的降本措施。
·????????Formulate an effective training plan, monitorthe training effect, improve staff comprehensive capabilities, inspire initiative,encourage staff to attend training programs.
制定有效的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、監(jiān)督培訓(xùn)效果,提高部門員工的綜合素質(zhì),鼓勵(lì)下屬發(fā)揮工作積極性,積極參加培訓(xùn)。
·????????Communicate with staff on a timely basis, findout and solve problems.
及時(shí)了解員工動(dòng)態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決問題。
·????????Promote and train high potentials.
選拔和培養(yǎng)有潛質(zhì)的員工。
·????????Work as property Manager On Duty (MOD) perplan.
按排班擔(dān)任物業(yè)值班經(jīng)理。
·????????In compliance with the Ascott Group'sEnvironmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention toenergy conservation and the safe operation in daily work, responsible for the risk management within thescope of his own position.
遵守雅詩(shī)閣集團(tuán)的環(huán)境健康安全(EHS)方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作,對(duì)本崗位風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理事件負(fù)責(zé)。

Requirements資質(zhì)需求
·????????College degree or equivalent.
大專或同等以上學(xué)歷。
·????????Minimum three years supervisory working experiencein hotel or serviced residence, pre-opening experience preferred.
有3年以上的服務(wù)公寓/星級(jí)酒店客房管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有酒店籌備工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
·????????English listening/speaking/reading/writingskills preferred.
有一定的英文聽/說/讀/寫能力者優(yōu)先考慮。
·????????Familiar with relative professional knowledge, housekeepingmanagement, service procedure and quality standards.
熟悉并掌握客房部專業(yè)知識(shí)、客房管理、服務(wù)流程和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
·????????Sense of initiative, ability to obey, teamspirit, enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel.
具有主動(dòng)性和服從精神,有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,并熱忠于服務(wù)式公寓/酒店的服務(wù)事業(yè)。
·????????Strong ability to organize and coordinate, flexibility,ability to execute, good language expression capability, and informationmanagement skills.

·????????Strict compliance with procedure, goodcommunication skills, ability tosolve problems and deal with emergencies.

·????????Excellent computer skills including proficiencyin Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook, etc.), with the ability to analyze data and preparereports.
