? Take in charge of all works related to security department, Responsible for all matters that related to the property, employee and safety of the residents.
全面管理保安部工作,負責與保衛(wèi)公寓的財產(chǎn)、員工和賓客安全有關的一切事務。
Major Responsibility主要工作職責
? Ensure that the policies and procedures of the Security Department and "crisis management" developed by the Ascott Group are fully implemented. Update according to the situation.
確保雅詩閣集團所制定的保安部及《危機管理》的政策及程序完全落實,并結(jié)合本物業(yè)的實際情況進行必要的補充及完善。
? Responsible for the safety matters, including property security, lost and found, key distribution, fire safety, and to ensure the implementation of various safety measures.
全面負責公寓的安全工作,包括物業(yè)安全、財務丟失、鑰匙分配、消防安全等,確保各項安全措施的執(zhí)行。
? Conduct the formulation and implementation of the company's management system, working procedures, as well as various aspects of security matters and emergency plan on fire control.
負責制定和落實公司的各項管理制度、工作程序以及各項安全﹑消防方面的應急預案。
? Conduct formulating the annually security and fire control plan, and the budget of the department.
負責制定治安﹑消防的年度工作計劃,及部門各項費用的年度預算。
? Responsible for the security of VIP guests and security work for important events.
負責重要賓客或重要的活動及重點部位的安全保衛(wèi)工作。
? Establish a good relationship with the guests, handle the complaints properly.
與賓客建立良好的關系,妥善處理投訴。
? Conduct investigation for the activities which related to fire control, accident, injury, damage, intimidation, traffic accidents and other incidents. Identify the suspect object in a timely manner, prevent accidents.
負責對發(fā)生在物業(yè)內(nèi)的涉及到消防、意外事故、受傷、損害、恐嚇、交通事故等事件進行調(diào)查,及時找出嫌疑對象或提早預防可能出現(xiàn)的意外事故。
? When the accidents occur, assist senior management to investigate and take actions promptly, report to the management authorities of the investigation results and process.
當公司發(fā)生火災或各類案件時,協(xié)助高層管理人員積極展開調(diào)查,及時采取措施,并及時向管理當局報告調(diào)查和處理的情況。
? Conduct the training the information of "fire, theft, anti-sabotage, explosion-proof, anti-burst accident," responsible for the safety of all department employees.
負責組織開展以“防火、防盜、防破壞、防爆、防突發(fā)事故”的“五防”為內(nèi)容的安全、法制知識的培訓,及負責所有部門員工的各項安全管理工作。
? Assist and supervise the safety management of the relevant departments of the company, work together with the person in charge of the security work of various departments.
協(xié)助和督促公司相關部門的各項安全管理工作,與各部門負責人就安全防護工作保持聯(lián)絡,使物業(yè)和諧運轉(zhuǎn)。
? Learn from the opinions and suggestions of all aspects of security for property, and make improvements.
及時汲取各方面對于物業(yè)安全的意見和建議,并積極改進。
? Collect all the information about fire safety equipment and the information of devices protection.
關注搜集所有關于消防的安全設備、保護裝置的信息。
? Maintain good relationship with local police, fire control department, and the relevant government departments and to establish good reputation of the property.
與物業(yè)所在社區(qū)的公安、消防和政府有關部門保持良好的聯(lián)系,建立物業(yè)的良好聲譽。
? Know well of the staff in a timely manner, to identify and solve problems.
及時了解員工動態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決問題。
? Selection and training of potential employees.
選拔和培養(yǎng)有潛質(zhì)的員工。
? Take shifts on MODS.
定期擔任物業(yè)值班經(jīng)理。
? In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策,日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。
? Other tasks assigned.

Requirements資質(zhì)需求
? College degree above or equivalent degrees is essential;

? Minimum of 5 years management experience at service apartment/ branding hotels, security training experience is preferred;
有5年以上服務公寓/星級酒店相關管理工作經(jīng)驗,接受過酒店保安培訓者優(yōu)先考慮;
? Certain English language ability is preferred;
有一定的英文聽/說/讀/寫能力者優(yōu)先考慮;
? Know well of the job-related knowledge such as security, guard, and some legal knowledge;
掌握并熟悉有關安全、保衛(wèi)、偵破、消防等職務知識,有一定的法律知識;
? Good language organization skills, communication skills, and management capabilities, and can deal with emergencies;
具有良好的語言組織能力、溝通能力和管理能力,且具有處理突發(fā)事件的能力;
