To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
2、?協(xié)助市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)監(jiān)督整個(gè)部門(mén)的運(yùn)作。
To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales department’s functioned.
?3、清楚地了解酒店目標(biāo)和銷售目標(biāo)的設(shè)置。
To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set.
?4、協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備年度預(yù)算和市場(chǎng)規(guī)劃。
To provide input and assist in the formulation and preparation of annual budget and marketing plan.
5、指導(dǎo)和評(píng)估當(dāng)下銷售市場(chǎng)的走勢(shì)。
Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends.
6、監(jiān)督,指導(dǎo)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)確保其完成酒店?duì)I銷目標(biāo)。
To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan.
7、協(xié)助有效銷售工作的進(jìn)行,確保對(duì)于潛在客戶的全面覆蓋,跟進(jìn)的高效實(shí)行。
?Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.?
?8、代表銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行銷售區(qū)域的劃分,銷售旅行的安排,如有新的潛在市場(chǎng)須向市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)報(bào)告。
Plans and executes sales coverage area/territory and sales trips on behalf of the Sales Team to major market areas, and report to Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential market areas that should be covered
9、?確保所有客戶信息的時(shí)時(shí)更新,包括數(shù)據(jù)信息的更新,產(chǎn)品跟蹤,客戶動(dòng)向。
To review and ensure upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts).
10、?向市場(chǎng)銷售總監(jiān)提交每周和每月報(bào)表。
To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales & marketing.

11、?確保銷售人員按相關(guān)政策和規(guī)定及時(shí)回復(fù)客戶需求。
To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure

12、確保對(duì)于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者動(dòng)向的時(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注。制定完整的有關(guān)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者價(jià)格,促銷活動(dòng),入住率和銷售策略的調(diào)查報(bào)告并每月更新。
Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’ survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies.
13、協(xié)助及協(xié)調(diào)部門(mén)內(nèi)部對(duì)于主要客戶來(lái)訪的接待工作。
Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients.
14、指導(dǎo)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)合同的擬定。
To guide the Sales Team in contract negotiation.
