    1、在市場銷售總監(jiān)的監(jiān)督下,履行酒店賦予的職責(zé)。 To perform duties within the framework defined by the hotel as supervised by the Director of Sales & Marketing. 2、?協(xié)助市場銷售總監(jiān)監(jiān)督整個部門的運作。 To assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in overseeing the sales department’s functioned. ?3、清楚地了解酒店目標(biāo)和銷售目標(biāo)的設(shè)置。 To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set. ?4、協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備年度預(yù)算和市場規(guī)劃。 To provide input and assist in the formulation and preparation of annual budget and marketing plan. 5、指導(dǎo)和評估當(dāng)下銷售市場的走勢。 Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiatives and trends. 6、監(jiān)督,指導(dǎo)銷售團隊確保其完成酒店營銷目標(biāo)。 To supervise, drive and monitor sales activities of the Sales Teams to ensure that they meet the goals of the hotel and marketing plan. 7、協(xié)助有效銷售工作的進行,確保對于潛在客戶的全面覆蓋,跟進的高效實行。 ?Assist in implementation of effective sales system and procedures that ensure efficient execution of all potential coverage, follow-up and tracing of leads.? ?8、代表銷售團隊進行銷售區(qū)域的劃分,銷售旅行的安排,如有新的潛在市場須向市場銷售總監(jiān)報告。 Plans and executes sales coverage area/territory and sales trips on behalf of the Sales Team to major market areas, and report to Director of Sales & Marketing on new potential market areas that should be covered 9、?確保所有客戶信息的時時更新,包括數(shù)據(jù)信息的更新,產(chǎn)品跟蹤,客戶動向。 To review and ensure upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts). 10、?向市場銷售總監(jiān)提交每周和每月報表。 To prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports required to be submitted to the Director of Sales & marketing. ? 11、?確保銷售人員按相關(guān)政策和規(guī)定及時回復(fù)客戶需求。 To ensure the Sales Teams responds to all correspondence and inquiries of leads within the time limit set according to the policy & procedure ? 12、確保對于競爭者動向的時時關(guān)注。制定完整的有關(guān)競爭者價格,促銷活動,入住率和銷售策略的調(diào)查報告并每月更新。 Ensures complete awareness by sales team on competitor’s activities at all times. Updates on monthly basis, a full competitors’ survey on rates, promotions, and occupancy and sales strategies. 13、協(xié)助及協(xié)調(diào)部門內(nèi)部對于主要客戶來訪的接待工作。 Assist and coordinate with Sales Team in the execution of familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by major clients. 14、指導(dǎo)銷售團隊合同的擬定。 To guide the Sales Team in contract negotiation.

    1. To know clearly the hotel objectives and sales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly, monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan 清楚地了解其分管區(qū)域的銷售目標(biāo),并預(yù)先在銷售計劃中將其按年/月/周的目標(biāo)進行細分。 2. To always practices “Cross Selling” and Up sell in accordance with corporate and department guidelines during sales calls.  在拜訪客戶時,經(jīng)常使用Cross Selling” 和 Upsell等銷售技巧。                                                 10. To ensure that all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients with regards to rooms, banquets or F&B services are carried out prior to or during guests stay in the hotel.   保證已與客人確認的客房,宴會及餐飲服務(wù)在客人未到或在酒店入住時完成。   11. To provide after-sales service in particular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective department when necessary   提供售后服務(wù),確保認真對待所有投訴,在必要時與相關(guān)部門進行溝通。   12. Interact and attend to guest request, concerns and feedback in a professional manner.   以專業(yè)的方式與客人互動,關(guān)注他們的需求及反饋。 13.
