在酒店主入口或禮賓臺微笑迎送每一位客人,主動為上下車的客人提供協助(如開門、打傘)。
安全、高效地為入住客人搬運行李至房間,并禮貌地介紹房間設施;為離店客人收取行李,妥善保管并協助裝車。
為客人辦理行李寄存和提取手續(xù),準確填寫行李牌,確保行李寄存區(qū)的整潔與安全。
處理客人遺留物品的登記、保管和認領流程。
準確回答客人關于酒店內部設施(餐廳、泳池、健身房、SPA等)的營業(yè)時間、位置和特色的問題。
?熟悉本市旅游信息,能為客人提供關于本地景點、博物館、劇院、商業(yè)中心、交通路線等的基礎介紹和指引。
學習處理客人的簡單委托,如:餐廳預訂、叫出租車、郵寄信件/明信片等。
為客人預約出租車,并與出租車司機保持良好的溝通,確保服務順暢。
積極與前臺、賓客關系、客房部等部門溝通協作,確保客人需求被及時、準確地傳遞和滿足。
認真完成班次報表的填寫,確保重要信息和未完成事項能清晰地交接給下一班次的同事。
保持禮賓臺、行李車和門前區(qū)域的整潔、有序和專業(yè)形象。
至少六個月實習期。
具備良好的溝通能力,簡單的英語口語交流能力。

Job Responsibility:
Greet and see off every guest with a smile at the main entrance of the hotel or at the concierge desk, and offer assistance to guests getting on and off the vehicle (such as opening the door or holding an umbrella).
Safely and efficiently carry luggage for guests to their rooms and politely introduce the room facilities. Collect luggage for guests leaving the hotel, keep it properly and assist in loading it onto the vehicle.
Handle the luggage storage and retrieval procedures for guests, accurately fill in the luggage tags, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the luggage storage area.
The registration, storage and claim process for handling items left behind by guests.
Accurately answer guests' questions about the business hours, locations and features of the hotel's internal facilities (such as restaurants, swimming pools, gyms, SPA, etc.).
Be familiar with the tourism information of this city and be able to provide guests with basic introductions and guidance about local attractions, museums, theaters, commercial centers, transportation routes, etc
Learn to handle simple commissions from guests, such as: restaurant reservations, hailing taxis, mailing letters/postcards, etc.
Book taxis for guests and maintain good communication with taxi drivers to ensure smooth service.
Actively communicate and collaborate with departments such as the front desk, guest relations, and housekeeping to ensure that guests' needs are promptly and accurately conveyed and met.
Carefully complete the filling of the shift log to ensure that important information and unfinished matters can be clearly handed over to the colleagues of the next shift.
Keep the concierge desk, luggage carts and the area in front of the door clean, orderly and professional.

Have good communication skills and simple oral English communication ability
