1.To provide guests with quality service in line with RosewoodHotel brand standards and ensure service efficiency.
能為客人提供符合瑰麗酒店品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)并確保服務(wù)效率。
2.Proficientin Mircros system and POS booking system.
能夠熟練運(yùn)用Mircros系統(tǒng)和POS預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)。
3.Ensuretimely update of reservation system information.
保證及時(shí)更新預(yù)訂系統(tǒng)的信息。
4.Properlyhandle reservations according to the situation, be able to communicate with thesupervisor and update the reservation system in a timely manner to ensure therestaurant turnover rate and maximize the benefit.
根據(jù)情況妥善處理預(yù)訂,能夠及時(shí)與主管進(jìn)行溝通并更新預(yù)訂系統(tǒng),確保餐廳的翻臺(tái)率,實(shí)現(xiàn)效益最大化。
5.Providesatisfactory service to all waiting guests.
為等位的客人提供滿意的服務(wù)。
6.Greetguests and ensure the accuracy of guest reservation information (includingnumber of diners, special requests, etc.).
迎接客人并保證客人預(yù)訂信息的準(zhǔn)確(包括用餐人數(shù)、特殊要求等)。
7.Abilityto promote dishes
有能力對(duì)菜品進(jìn)行促銷。
Requirements 任職資格:
Grooming and conduct are expected to conform to the hotel's professionalimage.
儀容儀表以及行為都要符合酒店的專業(yè)形象。
Goodinterpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人際交往和溝通能力。
Ability to workindependently and as a team.

Experiences 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:
Relevantexperience is preferred.
有相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
