    工作職責 協助餐飲總監(jiān)的經營管理工作,完成飯店下達的各項任務指標。 負責餐飲部長短期工作計劃和經營預算的落實,確保為賓客提供優(yōu)質高效的餐飲服務。 負責年度工作計劃的實施,在市場營銷部、公關部的協助下,按時間節(jié)點完成本年度的餐飲活動推廣計劃。 不斷嘗試餐飲銷售不同渠道和市場的推廣,隨時關注集團推出的餐飲產品建議,并確保落地。 根據餐飲部經營計劃和預算,對各部門經營狀況評估,并向餐飲總監(jiān)匯報。 時刻關注對客服務,客人反饋,網絡評分等,為打造優(yōu)秀服務口碑營造良好氛圍。 負責餐飲部的各項規(guī)章制度及服務程序與標準的督導與實施,監(jiān)督餐廳服務規(guī)范及各項規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行情況,發(fā)現問題及時采取措施,協助餐飲總監(jiān)完成各項接待任務。 根據要求參加飯店晨會,根據會議上安排的工作做好工作計劃與部署安排。接收領導安排的臨時工作任務并安排落實。 參加周例會,聽取匯報并檢查工作情況,控制餐飲部各項收支,制定餐飲價格,監(jiān)督采購和盤點工作,進行有效的成本控制。 配合財務部,指派分管部門管理人員組織部門資產及運營物品的盤存。 根據《世紀金源食品安全操作手冊》的相關要求檢查所管營業(yè)部門的廚房食品登記表、檢查表,確保食品安全,并對對所管餐飲區(qū)域的食品衛(wèi)生情況進行抽查。 安排并帶領分管部門管理人員進行庫存與消耗情況盤點,食品安全規(guī)范檢查,工程類、衛(wèi)生類項目檢查整改,對抽查出的問題指定責任人,限期整改落實。 抓好設備、設施的維修保養(yǎng),使之處于完好的狀態(tài)并得到合理的使用,加強日常管理,防止事故發(fā)生。 定期同廚師長研究新菜品、推出新菜單并有針對性地進行各項促銷活動。 組織和實施餐飲部員工的服務技能、技術培訓工作,提高員工素質,為公司樹立良好的形象和聲譽。 抓好員工隊伍的基本建設,熟悉和掌握員工的思想狀況、工作表現和業(yè)務水平,開展經常性的禮貌教育和職業(yè)道德教育,注意培養(yǎng)選拔人材,通過組織員工活動,激發(fā)員工積極性。 根據所管部門上報的培訓計劃,抽查分部培訓過程,確保符合集團及公司培訓體系要求。對部門培訓方法的實用性,有效性提出合理意見。 根據所管部門管理人員的工作狀況或工作結果,在有必要的情況下,及時給予業(yè)務指導以及合理的意見或建議;對于需要協調或者超出分管部門權限的事項,幫助解決。 建立良好的對客關系,主動征求客人的意見和建議,積極認真地處理賓客的投訴,保證最大限度地滿足賓客的餐飲需求,提高餐飲服務質量。 做好餐飲部各部門之間的溝通、協調和配合工作。 根據集團考勤制度,檢查所管人員的出勤情況。 檢查所管分部門人員在崗履職情況,部門員工是否符合儀容儀表規(guī)范、崗位職責及服務流程的要求。 檢查所管分部近期工作完成情況,根據實際情況給予相應的指導和幫助。 查看集團內部光合,查閱文件或通知,查閱過程中,如有疑問及時向餐飲總監(jiān)進行溝通或問詢,確保理解每一項文件內容或通知事項。 任職要求 大學專科以上學歷,酒店管理、烹飪等餐飲相關專業(yè)學歷優(yōu)先考慮。 至少2年以上同崗位五星級酒店工作經驗。 具備酒店餐飲部經營管理和其他行業(yè)的知識。 具有良好的溝通、協調能力。 具有英語會話能力,能夠用英語同客人溝通。 具有強烈的事業(yè)心和責任感,高尚的職業(yè)道德,良好的紀律和敬業(yè)樂業(yè)的精神。

    Main Duties Administration §? Encourages Heads ofDepartment to look for Marketing and Public Relations opportunities to increaseawareness and ultimately business. Operational §? Ensures that allcompany minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brandstandards have been implemented where appropriate. §? Monitors alloperations, especially during peak business periods, working through therespective Head of Department to make adjustments where necessary. §? Ensures that allTouches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented. §? Provides feedback onthe results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes areimplemented.
