職責(zé)義務(wù):
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.直接向總經(jīng)理匯報和交流所有行政工作方面的事宜。
Report and communicate directly with the general manager on all administrative matters.
2.統(tǒng)籌日程安排,協(xié)調(diào)會議、商務(wù)洽談及差旅行程,確保高效順暢。
Coordinate the schedule, manage meetings, business negotiations and travel itineraries to ensure efficiency and smoothness.
3.靈活應(yīng)對臨時事務(wù),確保時間規(guī)劃合理有序。
Be flexible in dealing with temporary affairs to ensure that time planning is reasonable and orderly.
4.整理會議紀(jì)要,跟蹤落實重要事項,協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)推進(jìn)決策執(zhí)行。
?Organize meeting minutes, follow up on the implementation of important matters, and assist leaders in promoting the execution of decisions.
5.協(xié)助總經(jīng)理監(jiān)督各部門之間的日常管理,確保部門月報和周報按時完成,并做好各部門協(xié)調(diào)工作。
Assist the general manager in supervising the daily management among various departments, ensure the timely completion of monthly and weekly reports of each department, and do a good job in coordinating among departments.
6.為內(nèi)部和外部提供全面的行政支持。
Provide comprehensive administrative support both internally and externally.
7.參與重點項目跟進(jìn),推動跨部門協(xié)作落地。
Participate in the follow-up of key projects and promote the implementation of cross-departmental collaboration.
8.執(zhí)行總經(jīng)理交辦的其他任務(wù)。
Carry out other tasks assigned by the general manager.
專業(yè)知識技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.掌握酒店經(jīng)營管理一般知識,熟悉酒店秘書工作和行政管理知識。有文旅項目工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
Master the general knowledge of hotel operation and management, be familiar with hotel secretarial work and administrative management knowledge. Those with working experience in cultural and tourism projects are preferred.
2.能處理一般的文件、函電和資料,具有較好的協(xié)調(diào)、接待工作能力。
Be capable of handling general documents, correspondence and materials, and possess good coordination and reception skills.
3.有較好的文字組織能力,能撰寫各類應(yīng)用文稿及計劃、總結(jié)、報告等。
Possess good writing organization skills and be capable of drafting various application documents, plans, summaries, reports, etc.
4.強(qiáng)保密意識:嚴(yán)守商業(yè)機(jī)密,職業(yè)素養(yǎng)高,忠誠可靠。
