? Responsible for the operational efficiency of all front office areas during shift and the service delivery of those areas. Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards.

? Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known進(jìn)行有效的交接班簡報(bào)工作,以明確酒店活動(dòng)和運(yùn)營要求
? Supervise front office operations during assigned shift including:在當(dāng)班期間監(jiān)督前廳部運(yùn)營情況,包括:
o Maintenance of guest information維護(hù)客戶信息
o Maintenance of information about local events維護(hù)當(dāng)?shù)鼗顒?dòng)的信息
o Compile occupancy statistics統(tǒng)計(jì)入住情況
o Supervise the use of he public address system監(jiān)督公共廣播系統(tǒng)的使用
o Supervise group bookings監(jiān)督團(tuán)組預(yù)訂情況
o Assisting with serious complaints協(xié)助解決嚴(yán)重投訴問題? Supervise cashiering activities during shift including:在當(dāng)班期間監(jiān)督收銀活動(dòng),包括:
o Cash handling and banking procedure現(xiàn)金處理和銀行業(yè)務(wù)程序
o Dealing with irregular payments處理非法支付情況
o Instructing staff in credit policies and facilities就信用政策和設(shè)備對員工進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)
o Instructing staff in cash security procedures就現(xiàn)金安全程序?qū)T工進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)
o Carry out debtor control實(shí)施應(yīng)收帳款控制
o Prepare reports準(zhǔn)備財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告

Qualifications –學(xué)歷
? Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management or equivalent具有酒店管理或相關(guān)的大專學(xué)歷或?qū)I(yè)證書。
Experience –經(jīng)驗(yàn)
??1 years experience in front office / guest services or related working experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.擁有1年前廳或賓客服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃拖嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景。
