職位概要:
1、Maintains of efficient repeat guest history system完善并更新客史系統(tǒng)
2、Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities推銷酒店的服務(wù),設(shè)備及設(shè)施
3、Perform such functions as to include but not be limited to:執(zhí)行以下包括的功能但不僅限于這些功能:
4、VIP guest welcome/welcome back letters貴賓的歡迎信
5、Solicitation of Fraser World applications爭(zhēng)取使更多的人加入輝盛會(huì)員
6、Attending to special requests by guests認(rèn)真對(duì)待客人的特別要求
7、Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action處理客人的投訴并且跟蹤,解決客人投訴
8、Attend regular guest, Fraser World guest and VIP guest cocktail parties and social engagements in an effort to further improve on service delivery參加常住客,輝盛會(huì)員還有貴賓的聚會(huì)和社交場(chǎng)合并推動(dòng)酒店的服務(wù)
9、Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests回顧所有到達(dá)人名單,包括貴賓的名單,核對(duì)房間分配,客用品分配并滿足客人的特殊要求
10、Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis及時(shí)申請(qǐng)并準(zhǔn)備客用品
11、Participates in regular meetings for all Guest Relation’s and Front Office staff to facilitate communications and smooth operations參與和分享常規(guī)的前廳部會(huì)議,主動(dòng)與同事進(jìn)行交流以便提升日常的操作與運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)
12、Is fully aware of the Credit policy熟悉信貸政策規(guī)定
13、Has full knowledge of Fraser?standards, especially the Fraser World programs熟悉輝盛集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),特別是輝盛會(huì)員計(jì)劃
14、Performs related duties and special projects assigned完成有關(guān)的工作和特殊計(jì)劃或項(xiàng)目的指派
15、Assists Duty?Manager in all aspects of his/her?duties協(xié)助值班經(jīng)理的各方面工作
16、Assist Duty?Manager in execution of the management of staff協(xié)助值班經(jīng)理管理員工
17、Monitor guest relations’ personnel to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure監(jiān)督客戶關(guān)系部工作人員,以確保來(lái)賓始終得到禮貌接待及充分的注意和重視,由此實(shí)現(xiàn)最大的客人滿意度
18、Monitor guest relations personnel to ensure Fraser World members consistently receive all benefits, repeat guests and other VIP’s receive special recognition and service監(jiān)督客戶關(guān)系部人員的工作,以確保輝盛會(huì)員始終得到全部?jī)?yōu)惠,??秃推渌F賓也得到特別關(guān)照
19、Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival在貴賓到達(dá)前對(duì)貴賓房進(jìn)行檢查
