Job Responsibility
崗位職責(zé):
Be familiar with the hotel promotion, room rate and occupancy.
掌握酒店各項(xiàng)優(yōu)惠政策和房價(jià)政策,了解客房狀況和出租率。
Check daily guests’ reservation and VIP name list, make reasonable arrangement of the guests.
檢查客房預(yù)訂信息及VIP客人的名單,合理安排賓客入住。
Be responsible for Check-in and Check-out and make sure the accuracy of bill.
正確效率的為到店客人辦理入住手續(xù)和離店手續(xù),確保房帳金額準(zhǔn)確。
Change guest room or adjust the room rate for guest according to their requirement.
負(fù)責(zé)解決賓客的換房、變價(jià)等要求。
Arrange room for special guests in advance and type in their likes and requirement into system.
負(fù)責(zé)提前為有特殊要求的客人排房間,并在系統(tǒng)中錄入客人的喜好及要求等相關(guān)信息。
Complete the work assigned by manager/FOM in time.
及時(shí)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的任務(wù)。

Job Qualifications:
任職資格:
Secondary school or above, have working experience in 4/5-star hotels is preferred.
中專及以上學(xué)歷, 有4-5星級(jí)酒店前臺(tái)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
It is a plus for night shift acceptable. Two days work and two days off.
可接受夜班,做二休二。
Fluent spoken English, dignified, presentable, articulate and no gender required.
男女不限,形象氣質(zhì)佳,英語口語流利。
Skilled in the operation of reception, have strong communicate skills and the ability of dealing with emergencies.
熟悉前臺(tái)的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)。具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力及突發(fā)事件處理能力。
Bright and outgoing, have strong service consciousness.
性格開朗、頭腦靈活、具有較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)意識(shí)和責(zé)任感。
