As an Assistant Front Office Manager,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店前廳部副經(jīng)理,需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé):
1、Take full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the Front Office, including reception, inquiry, cashier, concierge, etc., ensuring efficient and orderly services.
? 全面負(fù)責(zé)前廳部日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理,包括接待、問(wèn)詢、收銀、禮賓等板塊,確保服務(wù)高效有序。
2、Develop and implement Front Office service standards and procedures, supervise staff compliance, and continuously enhance guest experience.
? 制定并執(zhí)行前廳服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與流程,監(jiān)督員工落實(shí),持續(xù)提升賓客體驗(yàn)。
3、Manage team scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to improve employees' professional skills and service awareness.
? 管理團(tuán)隊(duì)排班、培訓(xùn)及績(jī)效考核,提升員工專業(yè)技能與服務(wù)意識(shí)。
4、Coordinate room status management and reservation arrangements, optimize room sales, and align with revenue management strategies.
? 統(tǒng)籌房態(tài)管理與預(yù)訂協(xié)調(diào),優(yōu)化客房銷售,配合收益管理策略。
5、Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies to ensure guest satisfaction and protect the hotel's reputation.
? 處理賓客投訴、特殊需求及突發(fā)事件,保障賓客滿意度與酒店聲譽(yù)。
6、Monitor operational costs of the Front Office, including materials and manpower, to ensure compliance with budget standards.
? 監(jiān)控前廳部運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,包括物料、人力等,確保符合預(yù)算標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
7、Maintain close collaboration with Housekeeping, Sales, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination of check-in, check-out, and other processes.
? 與客房、銷售、餐飲等部門密切協(xié)作,保障入住、退房等環(huán)節(jié)順暢銜接。
8、Regularly analyze Front Office operational data (e.g., occupancy rate, customer satisfaction) and propose and implement improvement plans.
? 定期分析前廳運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)(如入住率、客戶滿意度等),提出改進(jìn)方案并落地。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備:
1、College degree or above in Hotel Management or related fields.
? 酒店管理或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專及以上學(xué)歷。
2、At least 5 years of experience in hotel Front Office, with no less than 2 years in a managerial role.
? 至少5年酒店前廳部工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中不少于2年管理崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、Familiar with the entire Front Office operational process and proficient in hotel systems (e.g., Opera).
? 熟悉前廳運(yùn)營(yíng)全流程,熟練操作酒店系統(tǒng)(如Opera等)。
4、Strong leadership and team management experience, capable of effectively motivating the team to achieve goals.
? 具備較強(qiáng)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能有效激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成目標(biāo)。
5、Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, able to properly handle various guest issues.
? 擁有優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力與應(yīng)變能力,能妥善處理各類賓客問(wèn)題。
6、Basic awareness of revenue management, with an understanding of pricing strategies and channel management logic.
? 具備基礎(chǔ)的收益管理意識(shí),了解房?jī)r(jià)策略與渠道管理邏輯。
7、Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to meet communication needs of international guests.
? 英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫流利,能應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際賓客溝通需求。
8、Meticulous in work, strong stress tolerance, and attention to service details and brand standards.
? 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,抗壓能力強(qiáng),注重服務(wù)細(xì)節(jié)與品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
