Administer compensation and benefits, and?develop recognition programs that motivate, reward and retain associates.

Participate in key decision making with theleadership team.

Ensure compliance and fair application of?corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.

Drive company culture by planning and?conducting?associate orientation and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goal, as well as?support associate's career development.

Assist managers with analyzing strength and?weakness of the subordinates and assist in preparing development plan.
